In the past, they used to sell live poultry when I was a kid, but it take them a long time to prepare it. Like 30 minute to get one done. Many people were waiting with their number ticket. Good old days, but now they will serve you a prepared one from the fridge just to have you get out of there fast. Sound like lazy work...
