They're good but they need an app like other pharmacies.

it feels really good to be at a health center where the health care professionals look like you and really listen to you. it goes a long way when you are feeling sick and most vulnerable. I really appreciate having Whittier as my community Health Center.

The Whittier Street Health Center has become almost an all-inclusive health center for me. Since COVID-19, the Whittier Street Health Center has been very helpful and caring to my physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being as a patient. I would recommend this health center to anyone who needs multiservice health support in those areas plus many more. Prior to COVID-19, I would mainly attend the center for my yearly physical exam. However, during COVID-19, I experienced severe, physical, mental, social, and emotional trauma on the job. Whittier Street Health Center became my support system with its wide range of medical care providers and telehealth services. Team support was what I needed most and that was exactly what I was introduced to. Through the many care providers, I was also introduced to several of the many other on-site programs offered by the Whittier Street Health Center. To mention a few: Whittier Street Community vegetable garden was most impactful to me during the COVID season. Every Thursday, patients, community partners, staff, and I would pull the weeds, plant the seeds, reap the crops, and share them with the food pantry or other patients. Being with this community of workers, helped to ease anxiety, depression, and loneliness. It became a safe open space outdoors where we could bond quickly, breathe fresh air, or just be happy. Then, there is Club 1290. I consider this one of the best wellness clubs in the city. Here you are welcome as family. Even if you are not a patient at the Whittier Street Health Center, everyone is welcome to attend. I am so inspired by the level of high-quality health care given to the elderly at each meeting. I continue to attend and invite community members to Club 1290 every other Wednesday. We are tremendously blessed by the vast resources they have to offer. I see this as a great opportunity in the near future for Whittier Street Health Center to lead the way in sharing this great program and having other health facilities replicate similar clubs to keep the elderly fit.

This place is very unprofessional I have been calling for 1 month for my S.O. requesting some medication a nurse has never called me nor the S.O back and they never answer the phone and when I call from my work phone because I work at a hospital as well they answer the phone other than that they don't answer. Then when I did get someone on the phone they gave the S.O an appointment in July and with the matter a July appointment is unacceptable and still a nurse has not called back called again today and was told a nurse will call back will wait to see this a month and no call from a nurse to prescribe some medication. Don't play with your health at this clinic do not go to this clinic.

This a review for Whittier Dental Office. They are hard to get a hold of on the phone. But I got a chance to connect to the front desk today 3/1/2023 @ 9:10AM. A lady with a Caribbean accent answers then promptly hangs up on me. Unacceptable.

I went to a dentist, she always insults me because I am an ex-smoker,and she says every time I go there,oh your teeth are so bad so bad,do you still smoke?I don't. She said I smelt bad,I don't, her assistant dropped stuff on the floor, and used it,assistant. Bumped into her and jolted me assistant was getting a filling, they hurt me with the water pik, pit, it into my mouth,I can't even understand her say "open "" open" instead of using sentences, she talked to me like I was a dog, horrible, don't go here if you have a choice especially if you are not a minority. Stay away!!!!!!!!!

Scheduled a covid test. They tried to turn me away after I walked there 30 minutes sick as a dog. Then after some negotiating they said I would be the last test of the day at 10:30am. I suggested they contact the others who scheduled appointments to let them know. They told me I would get a call 24-72 hours later by a Dr with my results. It's been longer than that and I have no results. There's nobody to talk to. The operator keeps you on hold for 20 minutes before picking up then transfers you to a voicemail. I finally got a call back. They took my number down wrong. I will not be back.

This is the WORST clinic ever. I haven't had an appointment since covid!! I've had to schedule and reschedule appointments due to them canceling it because the "doctors weren't there" all they do is call to cancel no offer to reschedule or anything!!! The BIGGEST reason I hate this place is they NEVER answer the phone. Like NEVER. I live a little far and walking in to schedule is very inconvenient. This is part of the reason I haven't had an appointment yet. They have a bunch of teenager/20 year old unqualified people working front desk who don't care about customer support or satisfaction rather just be on Snapchat and gossip!! (I've seen it) I'm currently sick and have been calling since they opened at 8:30... line said they were closed til about 8:35 it's not 8:47 calling nonstop still haven't reached anyone. The management here needs to go!!!!!

A well run efficient Covid19 vaccination center. I came in for my Covid19 vaccines and booster. My most recent experience was exemplary. I registered for my booster online via MassVax finder. I arrived 10 minutes before my appt and was referred to registration desk by the front desk. The check in process was smooth and I was able to get vaccinated on time. I waited 15 minutes after getting my vaccine. All of the staff were courteous and wonderful. As an added bonus, WSHC has this wonderful app EPIC which allows you to get an electronic vaccine card that you can download to your Wallet in addition to the paper card. I am truly appreciative of WSHC for being at the forefront of providing equitable access to Covid19 vaccines and tests in Roxbury. Early in the pandemic, WSHC was where a lot of my elderly neighbors and relatives were able to access the vaccine without having to go through hoops in registering online or traveling far distances. Thank you Whittier Street Health Center for all the wonderful services you provide!

The service is terrible. They have the signs on the top of where to pick up and drop off but it really doesn't matter because two people are standing just on one spot. No type of "we'll be with you in a second or sorry for the wait" they just let you stand there. Dislike going there but need to get my mom's medication.

Not sure why this clinic is still open i have been complaining since 2019, every time I go there to make a complaint they try to solve the problem and it never gets solve. Clearly they only help certain colored people, I will keep complaining until I get my voice heard. The men's department is a waste of time they only cater to Haitian people. I'm very disappointed, they have you on a waiting list for years. they blame covid19 but covid was not around in 2019. The phone system still does not work, what a shame.

Over an hour behind and they told me to be here 15 minutes early. They also were calling people in reverse order from when they showed up for the vaccine. Workers seemed confused about everything at best.
