I have a car loan with them. I scheduled my automatic payment on the 18th of the month because that's when I get my monthly annuity payments. Every month they take it out on the 17th and now I am in trouble of not being able to pay my auto insurance because I don't have enough money in my account. If they had done the payment on the 18th like I originally set up, I wouldn't be in this mess. If I rack up any fees, I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. Please do not get a car loan with them. Custom service is awful too and employees don't like leaving voicemails for their customers. How awful!!!

I despise Wells Fargo. Someone fraudulently applied for credit there using ny name and some information about me. I notified the bank (I have NEVER had an account with them). They said they would "investigate". Within 24 hours I received an email saying the "investigation" had concluded and that my credit application was denied. BUT I NEVER APPLIED FOR THE DAMN ACCOUNT IN THE FIRST PLACE. The application should have been thrown out and not processed. This is now reported to the credit agencies????? Awful bank, just AWFUL!

I found no banking facility. I drove from Maynard, MA to the Boston WF and was very disappointed that I could not bank my cash. I am a travel nurse coming from Carson City, NV were I bank with Wells Fargo.

Please everyone I work at the building and it’s not a Bank if the corporate offices ... the nearby Wells Fargo bank it’s in Connecticut ... google map have to take the bank part out of here please...

You can’t call yourself a top bank unless you are in every state. I had to drive 2 hours to Connecticut just to get my problem resolved after 4 weeks ! Wells Fargo is the worse bank to have If moving to Mass. I can’t wait until all my pending transactions are completed and my last few deposits hit so I can close this Account and open up an account at Bank of America. I’ve had the most absolute worse experience with Wellsfargo almost every single day since moving to Boston a month ago.
