NEGATIVE STARS - This company is the absolute worst to deal with. Ordered an in-stock item on the 3rd. 10 days later, still no tracking info. Make at least a dozen calls. Then all of a sudden it shows up delivered on their dashboard. Where? 'cause I didn't get it. Make more phone calls and I;m told, the driver has up to 3 days to deliver your item once it is loaded on their truck WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT????????? Cancel the order and get a credit but they only credit the item amount, not the delivery fee, which by the way is $10. Have to make MORE phone calls. Get the whole amount credited. Item shows up on my porch on the 21st. Now I have to make MORE phone calls to get it picked up - What a nightmare - Don't bother dealing with this company and save yourself the time and trouble

Not sure what all the bad reviews are for. Had a 9pm appt got here at 7:50 and was done 8:30. Maybe i got lucky because I came at night.

1 guy says they start receiving at 11 and another guy says come back at 1. The warehouse has rats, they had a bunch of bags of Doritos in the trash with holes in the bags from rats. Absolutely the worst place ive ever been to in 12 years of driving

Well, I should have done just one more step before I called this company to order a toner. Had I looked up their YELP ratings, I would have never made that call.It began almost "8" weeks ago as I scoured the internet trying to find a specific toner for my fax machine. I finally came across this "company", made a call, let the lady know what I was in need of and she said she could help. She told me that they could get it and I would have it in 3-4 days. GREAT I thought. Ok, so I paid for it....tick tock ..tick tock ..tic tock. 2 "WEEKS" go by, I make a call and another RUDE worker tells me that is another 2 "WEEKS". They made up all the excuses in the world and said "if you don't like it, I can cancel your order right now" (almost 5 weeks waiting now). I was trapped in time so I believed it would get here by the "15th" of July. Well, as you can guess, but the 17th, I called again and they said they had sent me an email telling me that they "canceled my order because they couldn't get my product" (this after I had already paid them for it). Now it was almost "8" weeks waiting for that. Needless to say, not only was I not happy, I was FRK'N PISSED OFF!!!!!This is the worst, pathetic, irresponsible so called "company" I have ever dealt with in 35 years of owning a business. I would AVOID this company at ALL costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If YELP would allow businesses a ZERO, I would have done that!!!!!!!!!!

WB Mason is one of our contracted vendors and they are horrible. They lack basic customer service and their lack of responsiveness and care is astounding. They have made so many mistakes during fulfillment and posting transactions the whole organization is fed up with this incompetent vendor. Avoid this company at all cost.

The absolute worst company!! Customer service & communication don't exist. Constant issues between communication with customer service and their warehouse(s). Website will list an item in stock & available for 1 day shipping. Warehouse never ships the item out. Constantly haveing to call & retrace the steps, and then reorder the item only to not ship. Billed us twice for a damaged item. Warehouse never followed through with their return of the defective item, even after 60 days. I was transferred to 4 different people in "accounts receivable" none of which could give me an accurate answer. Save your money & shop elsewhere.

Was in and out within 1hr. Warehouse located inside a big parking lot with lots of cars so be mindful, the earlier you arrive the more changes you have to get plenty of place to maneuver. Entrance on pappasway off I-90 exit 135 through the tunnel. Appt was at 7:30am, arrived by 6:30 out by 7:20. Not sure about overnight parking and there is barely any near truck stops.

I don't even know where to begin. It should be "NO STARS"!! I started using W.B. Mason after Rubenstein's in Pennsylvania sold to them. When I was with Rubenstein's, my orders were prompt, correct and was able to track. No worries whatsoever. Then W.B. Mason took over Rubenstein's clients, it all went down from there. I usually placed my orders through the web and most items would say "Next Day Delivery". Well to say the least, that never happened. I usually had to follow up with an email asking where my order was and I would get the excuse that my order was coming from a warehouse further away. Then due to Covid, deliveries are now taking anywhere from 1 to 3 business days instead of the "Next Day Delivery" as promised when I placed the order. I told the Rep that the website needs to be updated accordingly, she acted as if it was no big deal, well when you need paper, it is a big deal.The straw that broke the camel's back for me was when I placed an order for paper and post it notes on March 06, 2023, and had many broken promises. First, it's on the delivery truck and I will have it by March 10, 2023. Due to Covid, deliveries take a couple of additional days. The old "Covid Excuse", AGAIN! No Show on March 10, 2023. Another email on March 13, 2023, Rep stated that she will call the warehouse and get an ETA, still no information. On March 14, 2023, literally out of paper and had to run to the local supply store and pick up several reams. Sent another email, still waiting to hear from the warehouse for an ETA. I finally sent another email to cancel the order. It was cancelled on March 15, 2023. I placed the identical order with Office Depot/Office Max on the afternoon of March 15, 2023 and it was delivered on March 16, 2023, before 10 am in the morning.This company has permanently lost my business. I work for a "Service" company myself and if there are only crickets to be heard, I wouldn't have a place of employment. Do yourself a favor, avoid the BIG headaches of writing emails and follow ups about the status of a simple order, array of excuses from the customer service rep along with angry co-workers that are scrambling for paper. Take your business to Staples, Office Depot, Office Max or even Amazon. W.B Mason are not worth the Aleve, Tylenol, Motrin, Advil or whatever you use to remedy a headache. Myself, I prefer Tito's, but I can't drink on the job.

Waited 3 days to tell me that maybe they are going to cancel my online order because they are shipping right now. Say it is too expensive. Tried to go with one of the little guys and now it comes back to bite me. Now I have to try to get them to give me my money back. Horrible company

I wish I could give 0 stars - what a headache of a company and nightmare customer service. An order I placed was returned with no explanation. Then, when I reached out to customer service for an explanation, after explaining I never wanted a return, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes, only for her to come back and tell me "don't worry, your return is on the way." By this, she meant it was on the way back to them* and not to me*. I clarify that I wanted* my order, not to return it. I was put back on hold after she got an attitude with me for 'flopping back and forth' with her. They just bought out our local janitorial supply distributor, and unfortunately I have to start ordering off Amazon to get what the hell I want.

Reckless drivers. Blocking bike lane of Mass Ave, Cambridge. Witnessed multiple cyclists forced into speeding traffic while going around this truck.There was a parking lot literally 10ft away. Totally unacceptable.

I had a few bad experience ordering from this company, wrong items were shipped repeatedly. The service is really bad, I would rate it 0 star if I could. Return takes forever, and when you call and inquire an update, the service rep has a bad attitude!

One of their delivery men was incredibly rude. He asked me my name to confirm the delivery and when I told him, he proceeded to make fun of me and laugh for several minutes. I wish I remembered his name. He was a heavy set white guy and was very prejudiced. If you're going to insult your customers then good luck with your business. Don't support this business. Find a different supplier.

Yeah summer st sucks to tight for longer petes just swing wide you'll make it my appt was for 10am showed up at 8:30am i was out at 9:15am it wasn't bad considering all the bad reviews of the place it was good for me receiving office is by door 30 unloaded there i guess u can overnight there lots of parking just call them to be sure

Was ordering off of them for shipping supplies for a few months and per usual like most businesses I order my supplies about a month ahead of time once I got to my order of boxes I realized the dimensions were wrong I asked for possibly a partial refund of some sort and once I talked to the manager I was told because I'm a residential business that I should find someone else to provide me boxes because they make this mistake a lot. How about rather than getting rid of a customer we try to fix the business, atleast they gave me the right advice to go somewhere else. Customer service is gone these days I guess.
