I Love WAYFAIR!!! WOW do not understand or agree with Other Reviews saying that WAYFAIR DOSENT BACK-UP their Merchandise!!!!They have always Honored every Complaint I have ever had!!!! Not that I have very many!I had a Delayed Delivery and they sent me. $20 Reward Card for inconvience.I buy ALOT FROM WAYFAIR!!! MY OPINIOn:They are Reputable, Good Prices, Great Selection, Good Return Policy! They are the Best!************************* **********

They sell furniture infested with Bed Bugs and wont even refund your money if you complain. Purchased a couch and my family expiernced tons of bites within days we later found tons of bed bug eggs in the creases of the couch. The customer service team was the worst i have ever seen. We have to throw out the couch and lost thousands more to kill the bed bugs. I will make it a point to tell this horror story to as many people as possible.

If I could give no stars, I would. Paid a few thousand for an entertainment center but the sizing was off from what was shown on the website. So, I initiated a return the same day that I received it. So far, Wayfair has failed to send a crew to meet THREE separate pick up dates. I have lost 18 hours and one full day of work as a result. Customer service has been beyond useless. On my 4th call, the lady literally said "I can't reach the crew, but I'm sending good karma your way." Keep your Karma and your goods. Never again in this life. Save your money and sanity and shop elsewhere.

I am very disappointed with the customer service when I had a shipping issue. Over the years I have used Wayfair for many purchases shipped to my home which is also my billing address. Last week, I ordered two very large pieces of furniture. Unlike with Amazon, the interface did not ask me to confirm the shipping address that it was going to be sent to. The most recent previous purchase I had made was an office chair shipped to my office but aside from a line with the city and zip code on the confirmation which I did not notice there was no alert that it was going to someplace other than my billing address. I wound up incurring over $200 in shipping costs to get it to my home address and also had the inconvenience and embarrassment of accidentally shipping it to my office. While I recognize that I missed that line with the city and zip code, and take some of the responsibility, I was surprised at how unhelpful the customer service team was, just referring me to FedEx. They did respond to my survey with a call but just told me that I should have noticed it. When I said that if I were them I would offer some kind of credit for a longtime customer, the person offered me a measly 10% coupon for future purchases, which is the same thing you get if you sign up for their mailing list, and it expires in 60 days. I certainly can't see myself shopping there again, and 10% for something, and with such a short expiration date, is not an inducement.

After 7 years of doing business with wayfair, exclusively, that relationship has officially ended. I placed an order for a mattress and 10 hours before the expected delivery date, I was emailed and told that the order was cancelled due to a “security issue” and that I was to call wayfair in order to address the issue. The following business day, I called and waited for 3 hours before ending the call because I had to move on with my day. In the meantime, I had reached out to 2 customer service representatives via the online chat who reinforced that I needed to call and there was nothing they could do. The following business day I called again, this time waiting for 2 hours. Upon reaching a live person, she verified my billing and shipping information and put me on hold once more. After the hold, I was informed that my order could not be placed and I would not be given a reason either. In other words, i spent 5 days attempting to get a product I purchased, the the mystery of why I am unable to get the item I paid for remains unsolved.

I ordered some finials. I didn't like them and wanted to return them. The cost to return was almost as much as the purchase price so I just had to toss them. Honestly you should get into the program and have a more affordable return policy. I know you are not Amazon, but more is the pity.

Your website is by far the worst of any company website ive ever attempted to use. For starters you do not allow full expansion of photos of items you offer a plus or minus to oddly zoom in which doesn't allow you a shopper to actually fully see the product, also after scrolling through 6 pages of 90 something items per page, your website froze taking me all the way back to the beginning and your pop up blocker for a coupon. You need to get with it. If you are in business to sell products then you need to allow full photo expansion of all items, and fix your scrolling issues. Many items won't even open up without clicking the "full details" option. Have you ever used a site like amazon? Do you see how they have designed their site which is user friendly for actually shopping? Do you see how you can expand photos in full size? This is important, I will not shop with you until you fix these issues because I can't fully see what Im shopping for.

I orders the 2 sofa from Allmodern/wayfair. They didn't deliver saying that driver wait 10 minutes outside we didn't get response from customer. Another side talked customer service they are keep supporting there driver and making excuse can't deliver today or tomorrow this is unacceptable way to handle the customer when we are spending thousands of dollars. The driver was lier. He didn't wait 5 minutes.I have guest coming today. I talked everywhere no good helpful response just making excuse. I have front camera video when and how your driver show up and long wait check the camera time. He didn't wait completely 5 minutes.

3 incidents in a row of problems with their order.1st incident: an order was falsely stated in-stock and I was notified the order was out-of-stock just a day or two before the original arrival date. Do not trust in-stock availability.2nd incident: the supposedly new item was arrived damaged. The box was fine, and when I opened and examined the item, it was dented with many broken parts. The item was obviously used. Do not trust that the items will come new.3rd incident: the supplier WILL NOT honor the promised delivery date and they will delivery WHENEVER they feel like. My item's delivery got changed with notice only a day before the original arrival date! Do not trust the arrival date.Most of all, YOU will be paying the return of ANY items. Use their website at your own risk.

Wayfair's delivery service can't execute efficiently. Their emails to confirm or reschedule are simply a dead client interface. If you don't confirm, they'll still attempt delivery on that date and time and if you attempt to reschedule, even though their system confirms that the change has been received, their delivery schedule does not get updated and they'll attempt deliver based on what was scheduled in their email. Basically, you'll get it when you get it, so don't bother attempting to schedule around a convenient date and time.

I ordered a table from Wayfair but the delivery was very delayed after being marked as shipped. When I inquired about it, the company told me they were no longer selling that product and offered a refund. I looked at their website and they are selling the exact same product but at a much higher price. I told them to replace the product with that one. They refused. I escalated this to the Better Business Bureau. The customer advocacy team replied and said they tried to get me the table but Wayfair was refusing to honor the price I paid. I told them I was pursuing action with the attorney general. After multiple conversations and telling them not to process the refund as I did not accept that as a resolution, they ignored me and processed the refund. In addition to all of this frustration, and escalation, they sent me a cat scratching post in error. Honestly this is hands down the worst business I have ever interacted with. In a previous order of a toddler bed, they kept delaying that order. Eventually they sent me half of the bed but in the wrong size. I notified them, and they tried to replace it with the correct size and the full bed. A second time they sent me the wrong size and only half of the bed. I will never ever order from this company again. Shame on them for their awful business practices and lack of respect for customers

The delivery will take more than 3 to 4 weeks! In my case, the initial delivery was replaced after a week of placing an order, and they do not give you any option to either cancel it or not at that point, but replace it and delay the delivery by one or two weeks. And even after then, the delivery method they use(FedEx) is so lazy, and it's been more than 25 days and the sofa that I ordered hasn't arrived yet. They do not give you any notice, they do not care and they do not have any measures to refund you even if your delivery never gets to your place. It was my first time using Wayfair, and I will absolutely be the one to tell my friends and family to never use Wayfair but anywhere else.

I ordered a mattress that was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. No mattress showed up when I've checked on the shipping. Apparently they don't know where it's at. All I can see is that it's still in Kentucky and this is day number four. Talke to them repeatedly and I wanted to cancel the order they refused to let me do it basically. Finally, I talked to a manager and they said they could stop the shipment and send it back to them but they were going to charge me for it. so I said no just deliver it then. That is if FedEx ground can find it doesn't, I will be filing complaints wherever I can, even the Iowa attorney general if that's what it takes. Stay away from Wayfair now I know why I'm never used them before. Sorry Amazon I didn't order it from you. I won't make that mistake again! Kelly Clarkson please rethink promoting such a lousey company!

I ordered a desk on March 15,2023. The item arrived defective. I attempted to work with the customer service team. At first they requested the item be shipped back but there were barriers. The solution agreed upon was replacement parts. The replacement parts were not shipped. After time passing I contacted customer service again. I was told I was receiving a whole new item instead, but no one updated that information to me. That item never shipped. I called them back again asking about the shipping issue and I was told I would be receiving a refund expected by 4/26 because it could not be sent. Once again, I never heard anything further. I called again today 5/2 to follow-up since I did not receive a refund. I was told the last resolution was cancelled and no one from the company contacted me yet again to resolve the issue/case.I have now been told I was now told I would "have to start the entire customer service process over again at the first step".It's been nearly 2 months and I still do not have a non-defective product nor refund. I have tried to compromise, I have given 5-10 days between each step to create a resolution, but at this point I am being told different steps or resolutions that do not happen repeatedly each time I call. I have requested recordings and notes be checked, but those requests are refused.

Process for ordering a complete new bed was confusing and I was misinformed at every turn. I chatted and spoke with representatives, I received different info.Lovely products but Wayfair makes this process unnecessarily complicated. Had to speak with almost a dozen people to get all the products and it is unclear that they cannot put a whole bed, box spring and mattress together even if you pay$400 for the white glove delivery and assembly. I will just buy from a furniture store from now on.
