I ordered a bar for my husband and not even 10 days later it went on sale. (I still didn’t receive the bar) and I contacted them to see if they would give me a price adjustment because it was well over 200$ and they said no ! I can not believe it I didn’t even receive the product yet !!! Their customer service was HORRIBLE. I’ve been shopping with Wayfair for 6 years but after this NEVER AGAIN !! BUYER BEWARE !!!

Don’t recommend ordering anything from Wayfair we have been without a couch an entire month we have been given the run around on when the couch will be here we cant cancel the order because a label has been created which has been sitting at label created for a week so we can’t buy a different one if we refuse delivery when it finally arrives we will have to pay to have it reshipped I will never order from this place again thanks for nothing and taking forever so my kids have had to sit on the floor the past three weeks also the person I talked to today was very rude and laughed when I explained what was going on my husband then calls and gets her and she was nice and professional to him

Ordered a ceiling fan from this company. I was told to call the manufacturer to find out if the ceiling fan could be mounted to a specific ceiling height. Their website shows an illustration of a ceiling fan being mounted to the ceiling , flush mount and this is why I ordered it. They take no responsibility for there inaccurate information and told me I will have to pay for the return postage. Do not use this company . Use Amazon. They would take it back and admit the error. No one admits they were wrong and then customer service blames it on the manufacturer????

I am not sure what is going on with Wayfair in the last couple of years but it has turned into the worst shopping experiences I have had and their customer service is useless to say the least. I purchased 4 pairs of curtain panels because that is how it was described on their website when they arrived I only received one panel per package. I called and I was told that the website made an error in their description that it is was only one panel. So I said that is no fault of mine that your description was incorrect I need to get what was described. Well months later and numerous phone calls later I am still waiting on my four panels. All I see is that it is on back order and no one can give me an answer that makes any kind of logical sense. Stop shopping at Wayfair. I know they have gone thru quite a bit of financial issues and layoffs. But this is atrocious.

I joined WAYFAIR as DELIVERY DRIVER on 24/11/22 at LUTTERWORTH,UK my vehicle number is CN18NBO. i want to put your kind attention towards the ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR by GT LOGISTICS director Harnek who’s nick name is NICK. since i joined the wayfair i face so much struggle with my mental health. because of him, his attitude towards talking to me, targeting me was unbearable at all. even if i do tiny mistake i explode on me like a bomb, which ended up with i refused to coming on job in just couple of weeks, which is till now feels like a nightmare. summing up my message i request to you, in Induction Wayfair talks about mental health, and in under their branch such people like NICK MENTALLY PROSECUTING wayfair’s staff. i hope that you will take appropriate step towards it.Thanking youyours trulyRavinder Singh Dhillon

Dining chair leg broke after 4 months of normal use. Wayfair said they had NO support for the replacement and gave me the absolute run around. Terrible response and service.

Warning !!! Do not do business with Wayfair. They are thieves. I returned four (4) very poor quality cheap stools. They claimed they only received two and not four. The warehouse only scanned the box and did not take time to open what was inside the box. This lady named, Kisha S. with Executive Resolution was absolutely no help and they refuse to return all my money. Spread the word and don’t do business with Wayfair. The quality of the items they sale are cheap !!!

very unprofessionalI was reached by a person who claimed she was the senior recruiter (Anu Chandrasekar) of Wayfair. She scheduled an interview with me last week and cancelled a few minutes before. She asked me to reschedule with her for this week. She sent a google meet link with me. Then, she did not show up.I am very surprised how unprofessional the Way-Fair recruiting team is. I would never trust this company again.

Worst place to shop online. I bought some furniture and after waiting for two weeks my furniture never showed up and when i called to find out what happened no body knew. Way fair is the worst online company. If you want to wast your time then wayfair is the place. Stay away from wayfair.

Be aware, if you order a product from wayfair and the price drops before you ever receive it, wayfair will not give you a price adjustment.
