Terrible experience with this Warby Parker location. 2 Staff members completely ignored me when I approached the counter. They looked up and continued to converse with one another until one left to go to the back. The other staff member made eye contact with me, said nothing and continued to look down and finish whatever she was doing. No acknowledgement at all. Would not recommend.

My recent experience with Warby Parker left me extremely disappointed. The staff was rude and unhelpful, displaying a dismissive attitude towards customers. I cannot recommend Warby Parker based on my encounter and suggest exploring other options for better service and professionalism.

My mom and I got our first pair of prescription sunglasses and we are very pleased with everything this store is about. The customer service was fantastic. They were patient, understanding, relatable, and determined to guarantee our satisfaction with or without the purchase of anything. They explained in detail the answers to all of our questions, offered many options for our preferences, gave advice on looks, and most of the associates spoke Spanish which was great for my mom's optimum understanding. The frames are also pretty cheap compared to other places around the area and with the purchase of 2 frames, there are some appetizing discounts offered. I definitely recommend coming here.

Warby Parker has a great variety of glasses frames, from conservative to out there, and most come in more than one color, so the hard part is choosing. The young man who helped me was friendly and professional, offering opinions when I asked without being at all pushy. The store is well-lit and well-organized. The frames have names, and I easily found one I had liked online. You can try them on virtually on the website, but that doesn’t tell you how they will feel and fit on your face. The price is much more reasonable than most places, and the glasses are warrantied for 6 months. Finally, someone in need gets a free pair when you buy yours, which is icing on the cake!

First time at Warby Parker & the experience was great. I was greeted as soon as I got in the store. The rep was very friendly & gave me multiple options to work with. Customer service was great and would definitely go back.

I've purchased sunglasses at this location and it's what I've come to expect from Warby Parker: quality product, great customer service, and a quick checkout. Offers significant value-- gone are the days of spending $500+ for a pair of glasses of comparable quality.

I have had good experiences in the past, as has my husband. A couple of weeks ago I had a not so great experience at the Pru location. I am in my sixties and I have never worn glasses other than readers. I have my first real prescription and I had questions about how it all worked. A salesperson was helping me and then the eye professional (not sure what her exact role is but she was the one checking the prescription) came over and was quite demeaning to me. She told me that I should get a new eye doctor when I mentioned that I didn't understand what info an eyeglass prescription included. She was blunt and impatient with me with my questions. She told me that my readers are not good for my eyes and that only prescription readers will not cause damage to my eyes. My eye doctor at Tufts advises me to use readers and has added a new prescription for distance.There store was not busy so it did not feel like she should have been in a hurry to move on. I asked the sales person what styles of glasses might be especially suited to readers and she just dismissed me with an answer that any glasses are fine for readers. I left feeling disrespected and troubled by the experience. It was surprising and not what I would have expected there.

This is the first optician I've ever been to that refused to help me with a loose screw in a pair of glasses because they don't carry the brand. I got my first pair of glasses in 1974. Every town, every optician would repair glasses for you when you walk in. I always offer to pay them for the service. They refused.. I would never go here again.

Wonderful place to buy a pair of glasses. I bought a pair of Toddy sunglasses a year ago and they still adjust the frames (for free) so they're as good as new. Many thanks to Christopher at this location for keeping my frames in shape.
