I didn’t shop here, but I did fall down in front of this place today. The store manager came out and helped me with water, sunscreen and bandages. I just wanted to say thank you for helping someone who fell on their first day of work. I’m sorry for the dip in the sidewalk that’s there. Thank you to the other employees who checked on me and pitched in to help. Especially for calling my place of work to let them know. I had trouble doing so because it was my first day. If I ever go there again I will definitely watch where I step and make sure to stop in. Gong above and beyond for others is what makes the world a better place. Thank you so much for your help today!

Very unresponsible and unorganized towards packages. Keep receiving messages that my package has arrive and when I go to pick it the staff can’t find the package. As a customer you expect to walk in and see packages organized so that is easy to find but, no. There also seems to be no communication among staff to know where the packages are located exactly.Everything looks messy and unclean. Can do better!!

The worst place. I needed MMR second does vaccine for my college ASAP. I got an appointment with CVS, East Boston. As I live in Jamaica plain, east boston was too far. Luckily I got an appoitment with walgreens at the same time and I cancelled my CVS appointment and came here. To my surprise, they said that they do not have MMR vaccine in their stock. When I said why did you let me book appoitment if you do not have vaccine they said that it happens all the time and come next day. They did not even said sorry. I wasted my 2 hours for this nonsense.

Unorganized pharmacy. Claimed my prescription didn’t have a serial number. Called doctor and they said that had never heard of that. After correcting their mistake they were trying to make me wait a additional 30 minutes when I had already had been waiting. Poor experience

This place is very non professional. Call waiting is ridiculous. They put your call in a never ending loop with no resolve. The pharmacy rarely answer the phone. Hard to find customer service help in store and on the phone. Why!!!! If I could give no ⭐ then I would. SMH

Never get your meds sent here or any other Walgreens in the area. You'll be waiting days or weeks for it. They give you excuse after excuse and won't even pretend to care.

My doctor filled me a prescription today which I needed ASAP. I immediately called the pharmacist to make sure she got it and she said it would take a few hours since they were behind. I confirmed they were open until 9pm. I got an alert that it was ready so went to pick it up and when got there at 6pm, the store told me the pharmacy closed early because they couldn't find staff to cover.I understand there is a staffing shortage however me not receiving this medication tonight will negatively impact my health. It's also now too late for my doctor to call the prescription into another walgreens since their office is closed.Beyond disappointed in this situation.

This prescription drug store or pharmacy is conveniently located near my home. Unfortunately the lines to get your prescriptions are slow and long most of the time. Go early if you dont like crowds. Customers can be annoying and not follow social distancing rules. Sometimes I feel the pharmacy keeps certain prescriptions for themselves . It is Dorchester after all, so watch out!

If your sign says to close at ten CLOSE AT TEN. Closing before your stated time is disrespectful to customers and clearly communicates that your time is more important than theirs.

Awful customer service at the pharmacy. Usually they are okay in person, but today when calling with an issue I was having about a prescription, David, the one who took call, should not be dealing with customers. He's dismissive and rude. Granted they're probably busy and all, he still has zero people skills and would be better suited in a non-speaking role of the pharmacy. Absolutely useless and not an asset to the establishment. Did absolutely nothing to address or remedy the problem I called about. Hopefully, this will get to eyes of the pharmacy manager and it'll be discussed with this incompetent employee. More training is definitely needed with this one! The employees of the store itself could teach him some pointers about customer service as they are 10 times better than I presume he'll ever be with his attitude issue. Very sad!
