How many times am I going to call to speak to the pharmacist, only to be on hold for 20 minutes, then it rings so you think that you're getting through, rings for about 5 minutes then DISCONNECTS!!! Unbelievably rude ?

Worst and most disorganized Walgreens I’ve ever been in. Half the refrigerator section and shelves are empty 90% of the time. Last time I was in, the manager (I overheard her name was Lisa) was swearing at customers saying she wants to get the **** out of there. Walgreens corporate should pay this location a surprise visit.

Awful awful I really needed my prescription yesterday in the pharmacy wouldn’t answer their phone I was on hold for over two hours. Had to call back was on hold for another hour and then ended up hanging up. I went there and they closed early if you say you’re open, you need to be open especially with the pharmacy. Horrible disregard for your customers. Unbelievable.

This is the worst place to shop. Customer service is horrible!! Workers seem like they don't want to be there. Never have any stock on shelves. Always blaming "customers" for their unprofessional service!!

Just went in today to exchange 2 box of gloves that’s size small for medium, The cashier was gonna exchange it but the system won’t let her, She contact the manager to do it. The manager came and by the look on her face like she don’t want to deal with us, She did a return and told us to pay the difference when it’s the same item we exchanging for. We got it online during a sale and store price are different.The cashier ask her to adjust the price and she said make them pay the difference. It’s the same item but different sizes, if we was to buy in store it’ll both be same price, she said it’s a different size so it’s consider different item.We went to another store and the manager was glad to do the exchange for us, we only can exchange 1 because they’re out of stock. This store night manager need to learn the basic of customer service, the way she look at us make us feel uncomfortable.

Workers at the Walgreens Walgreens in South Boston need to little customer service training Some of the attitude coming from them is very disrespectful and they could lose their job Corporate has been called many a times by many of people And nothing is being done what a shame.

I had bought a vent clip for my car put it up and turns out my phone was to heavy for it so I went back in and returned in and I'm not sure about the name of the staff but he was the old white guy with white hair was giving me attitude about returning it and saying I shouldn't have bought it in the first place. So I took my business over to the other employee yet no name but he is the only tall one there helped me get my refund and was very nice about it.

Got into check out lane at 6:23 woman cashier all smiles finishing with customer Infront of me stops looks up and says "Don't bother I'm out of here." Wait a minute what?? I didn't understand at first I've never been talked to like that by someone working. It's not even close to shift changes. SMH. So I called to say something and response I get was O, I know who you're talking about I'll talk to her. So that tells me a few things, 1 this isn't the first time, 2. This type of behavior happens so often with this, I struggle to say employee, that it's part of the norm, and sadly 3 that it's not going to change. Guess I'll be taking my scripts and other business elsewhere namely CVS right down the street.

Pharmacist here refused to fill a script he would have to order and verify with dr he suggested I go to their competitor CVS . Isn’t that the job of the pharmacist. Wow really now we know why Walgreens is not the place to go for pharmacy just photos n junk. The tech was very nice though
