Prime Pharmacy sold to Walgreens and didn't even bother to inform patients. I had a RX sent prior to them closing. They left notice to contact Walgreens because everything was sent over. I call Walgreens waited on hold for almost an hour with no help. Ended up sending my husband to Walgreens only to be told nothing was transferred over.

If I could give no stars, I would. I chose this location simply because of its proximity to my residence. Not only is it inconvenient, its under serving and should never be allowed to function.. That pharmacy? It needs major work... and a few attitude adjustments. I'm a relatively easy patient. I don't go into places looking for trouble. However, when you've been given the run around for 4 weeks about controlled substances? I think anyone would be as annoyed as I am. I moved here from Louisiana. I switched PCPs and all of my medications are listed on the Walgreens app. FOR SOME REASON... the pharmacy staff can't seem to find my prescriptions. My new PCP sent over new prescriptions. They claimed that all of them were on back order. I asked them if there was a substitution since this specific medication comes in two forms, made by the same manufacturer, but with different indications. I was told that the doctor needed to send a new prescription for that medication because they had it in stock. My doctor was happy to do that. At the counter, once again, I was told that the new medication was also on back order. They told me that they would order it and it would be ready by Monday morning. The pharmacist actually hopped in on the call and reassured me. I called on Monday to check on the status of my prescription, not only was I hung up on... the pharmacist tells me that he has no memory of speaking to me. I knew that was a lie because I recognized his voice and the assistant that answered the phone. Once again, they told me that they would order the medication and it would be ready in two days. I half believed it -- only because I'd received texts to phone about the status of the prescription. I paid for it. Got a confirmation. When I got there, they couldn't find the prescription and told me that "you must be confused." I could've gotten ugly but I didn't. I simply reiterated the fact that it had been three weeks since my last dose of medication and that this was the third time that nobody seems to know what happened. The fact that I'd prepaid before coming to store AND being told that the medication was ready is what set me off. So once more... I get told by the pharmacist and the techs that the medication would be ordered and ready within 2-3 business days. I gave them 4 days. I called again today and was told that the medication is on back order and has been for a while (by the same girl who pretends she doesn't remember me and the scene I caused the last two times). My irritation was maxed out today. Apparently this doesn't happen to just me... I've witnessed this happen with several other customers. This pharmacy alone has caused me to miss over 13 doses of prescription medication, not including the month that I've gone without this one. I transferred all of my prescriptions out of this store. Magically, though, all of my scripts show updated statuses online now. Too little too late. Like I said, I'm easygoing until I'm not.

NOT TO BE RACIST ** I don’t know how else to describe her… little short Asian woman working at the pharmacy , COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL ! SO RUDE . There’s two lines and I was waiting for my shot, she rudely dismissed me and proceeded to talk about me to her coworkers in the back , very loudly . I kept asking what her name was to her and her coworkers and no one would answer me . PLEASE HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE . There’s plenty of people in this world that go through hell on a day to day basis , and for people to be this rude in a profesional environment, so sad.

Signed up for a vaccine at a designated time slot and on arrival was told it would be at least an hour wait. I appreciate the warning but that’s the reason you schedule an appointment

Well stocked, plenty of free parking. Shelves areClean and Organized. Not many attendees to ask questions.Mara the cashier was very efficient and helpful.Parking lot is a bit rundown but good parking stillZPharmacy area is very small I noticed a long waiting for customers.

The pharmacy is really bad they got my cousins prescription on the 19th I come in on the 22 and its not done then they said its going to take 30 to 45 mins to get done. This is ridiculous I should only wait 15 mins I don't know why I'm waiting this long if I'm coming in days later.

One of wrost Walgreens in Dorchester. one time I came and the freezer was broken and no ice cream or cold drinks.This place is also understaffed badly.

I went this evening with a huge pain in my stomach and went to this walgreens to buy medicine and pills to feel better and there was two security guys saying that was close and it was around 8:00pm they don’t close at that time and the security guard don’t let people in he just said “It’s Close” without explaining why. The walgreens chain is declining apart from being expensive they have bad service especially this walgreens.

Didn't really want to give a 1-star because I just literally sat on the phone for 40 minutes waiting for someone to pick up in the Pharmacy!! Worst it's ever been. Long lines and because they didn't fill a prescription you called in they got the nerve to ask if you pick it up at another Walgreen's! What I called this one why would I go somewhere else!!!!

I don't even want to give 1 star. I went to pick up my nana's prescription that I was told it would be 2 days to fill. I went 3 days later because this place is usually the worst. When I went they said it would be a week since it is not an emergency, since they were so busy and it was not an emergency. A week! What constitutes an emergency in a pharmacy? Pain relief? antibiotics? hypertension medication? All a week. Even pre-pandemic I would cringe when I had to pick up my grandmother prescriptions, now I just transferred everything to CVS. No more!

Today after 4pm my husband and children came to your office to take a photo. An employee came out and said that there was no paint, then that the printer was not working. Maybe she didn't want to serve us because she didn't want to work? I waited all day for the children from school, my husband arrived earlier from work to take important photos, but they refused in service.

Worst WALGREENS pharmacy ever! Felt with Walgreens for over 2 decades NOW! This location for the last 10 yrs has the MOST INEFFICIENT pharmacy staff.. No cares, no etiquette, constantly making mistakes and the young staff which are either interning or training are usually gone or rotated to another location. Don’t seem to be there longer than a 6-8 months. Keep refilling medications have experienced charged insurance say I picked up meds just to realize I never received it when you show up they ask all the info spell name dob to still tell you no they do t have it and then to say sorry! Alway a long line as if they are giving free cookies.It hasn’t been worth the procrastination of not wanting to have all my family of 8 total scripts send elsewhere. My eldest child has opted out and had it send to the Walgreens further but worth efficiency! ——————O ⭐️

i wish i could give this useless establishment ZERO stars!! Indifferent,rude,brainless physician works here. I was waiting in line for almost 2 hours for my booster and flu shot. I reserved a time slot online ,so i thought it would be a quick process. NOPE! IF THERE IS HELL ON EARTH, THIS PLACE WOULD BE IT. i was observing many customers being frustrated with their orders too. By the time my turn came, this stupid physician couldnt even pronounce my name and hes from my country. What an ignorant,rude, brainless nincompoop. i am a boxer for 16 years and man was i tempted... but i just wanted to get the hell out of there. too. They didnt even have my flu shot appointment although i got an email notification. HELL WITH THIS PLACE.
