Don't drop your packages off at this location! I dropped my packages off on a Monday and FedEx didn't pick up until Wednesday! That's ridiculous and unacceptable!

Definitely don't come to this Walgreens or most Walgreens for that matter for photos. There is always an issue and no one is really trained how to use the machines

This Walgreens is located in a strip mall. I had just been dining at a restaurant within the same strip mall and I needed to pick up a few things so I figured I would stop in here at this Walgreens seeing I was right there. This is an average size location and there is plenty of parking in the huge parking lot outside of the store. On the day that I was here the stock on the shelves was very limited and it seemed that they were out of a lot of items. However I did see a lot of totes scattered around the store which tells me a shipment had just come in and they were likely in the process of restocking their shelves. I was able to find one out of the three products that I had wanted to purchase so decided just to get that one item and call it a day. The clerk who was running the register area didn't seem all that friendly (no smile or greeting as I approached the register) but they did handle my transaction fast and efficiently.

Our community deserves a better pharmacy. the pharmacist on today has historically been one that does not display professionalis, does not acknowledge the presence of people when they are at the window and he has spread this behavior amongst many of the technicians there. Sean and another young man there are very polite and professional. Even though you will get notifications that your medications are ready for pick up via the automated system that calls you, when you walk in to the pharmacy less than 50 percent of the time I have found that the medication(s) was not actually ready. They are not empathetic in how they address concerns as I have heard several patients complaints over the last few months and it seems to be declining versus improving. This Walgreens is horrible!

I mainly come here for medication refills. I don't buy other things often, but the store is typically clean and well-stocked. The staff at the registers up front are friendly and attentive.As for the pharmacy, they often don't have my order ready even after I get a call or text saying it's ready. They'll say it was never put into the system, and then I have to return days later to get it because they don't have anything on hand. In the most recent case, they said it would be ready four days later, when I would be out of town. So I said I'd get it when I came back. A week after that expected due date, I returned, and the order still wasn't there.While waiting in line, I've overheard similar issues happening with several other customers.Lastly, I have many reasons to believe the pharmacy staff here aren't the most knowledgeable, especially when it comes to routine insurance matters.At this point, I'm considering getting my medication delivered by mail via my health insurance.

Young women at the front was fast and fabulous helping me pick up my father’s prescription. He’s been going here years and we’ve never experienced such quick service great attitude very positive keep it up

This review is for the pharmacy. A prescription I need asap wasn't filled - front desk told us they "forgot." Then, when they told us it was ready - it was not in the bag. Another prescription has been pending for over a week... and they do not answer the phone. It is unfortunate that other Walgreens in this area have closed forcing residents to this location. If you value your health, go to another pharmacy.

Do not recommend just like everything else in this plaza! They don't ever have anything. Your photos are never ready on time and finding an employee to actually work is like pulling teeth Their pharmacy is incompetent Their greeting card section is bare as heck

Bad service, always confusion with the medicine, BAD atención inside and out in the drive true, why they have Drive to if they don’t even used ? And when the do you have to wait for 20 minutes until someone helps you even for people with covid THEY DONT follow the protocols at all, my brother works in other locations and the other locations it’s good, they should close this place

Worse location ever considering it's a a decent area. Shelves are bare, never have the stuff that's on sale and don't let me get started on the pharmacy. They never answer the phone, fill scripts 5 days after receiving them and countless other mistakes. The employees are rude and text on their phones while you stand in line. If you're thinking about sending photos here don't bother. Got an email saying my photos were ready got there and they couldn't find them. Had me wait 20 mins while they reprinted them, got home and half of the pictures belonged to someone else. Who knows who has mine. This location should be shut down

The cashiers at this location never have a clue what they are doing and always have to ask for help from a manager. Simple things always take way longer than they should.
