Good Walgreens, good selection. I don't use the pharmacy, so no comment there. Staff has (almost) always been amazing. Unfortunately I don't think Walgreens' coupons work. I've tried multiple times with manufacturer's coupons, paper coupons, in-app coupons, etc. Seems like a widespread internal problem. I've accepted that Walgreens coupons just don't work at this point and the staff seem just as annoyed about it as the customers haha.

The pharmacy here has been inexplicably closed the last two days with no communication or explanation. Folks rely on pharmacies and its unacceptable to just close and not transfer important prescriptions to another Walgreens location

Came here for COVID and flu vaccines and got them an hour behind schedule. There's only two people at the pharmacy counter and they have to fill all the prescriptions AND do the shots. Great customer service but they are obviously and impossibly overworked. They missed my flu shot the first time around so I had to sit down and wait again. Clearly not the employees' fault; 1 star for business practices.

Pharmacy staff is completely incompetent. Three times I was called to tell me that my prescriptions were ready for pick up. Every single time they were not ready. In one instance they asked me to return the next day to pick them up. Frustrated, I turned off autofill and started getting my prescriptions mailed to me. For the last 8 months they have been calling me telling my prescription is filled. I have talked to three different people who have confirmed that autofill is turned off and yet they continue to refill it. I just called Walgreens corporate to delete my account so that these constant calls and texts will stop.

It’s aggravating that this pharmacy is no longer open on the weekends. I now have to wait 2 extra days for my medication if I don’t make it by Friday

Terrible customer service. They towed away my car literally 2 mins after the parking time was up. It’s like they were preying on my mistake. Animals… stay away from them. I’m never coming back here again!

I went to return an item. As I a a Tourist, I do not have local ID. The counter staff tried but had difficulty. Manager patiently persued and facilitated return.?

The customer service has declined consistently for the 11 years I've been going. I would stop in to CVS from time to time for last minute purchases (often when they're open and Walgreen's is closed) and the staff is significantly happier, helpful, respectful, etc. I believe in loyalty and common decency but I feel I'm being treated as if I'm inferior or unimportant. CVS is attentive, respectful, positive, patient, and truly a pleasure to talk to and work with. The gentleman and woman in the pharmacy at my last and final visit were the nail in the coffin. My sister had been singing CVS's praise's for over a decade and now I agree.

They seem to always be out of stock on everything. Every time I've tried to pick up refills of vitamin d and nicotine gum, they are ever in shock. Easily the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Also, while I was waiting in line yesterday for prescriptions that weren't ready (they called me and said they were) I overheard the pharmacist on a conference call with what sounded like the regional manager, and the pharmacist said to her colleague that they were the lowest rated Walgreens in the area. No surprise there

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. They’ll leave you on hold for 3+ cycles and the employees below the pharmacist do not enunciate their words - they just mumble. They’re always extremely confused and it takes contacting them multiple times for them to magically receive my prescription. Unfortunately it’s not just one employee but every one that I’ve encountered. If this was a one-off I wouldn’t bother mentioning but it’s every time.
