Slow pharmacy and scripts not ready when told it would be, many times days late. I take a specific medication and not all pharmacies carry it. I have talked to them saying I will be here every month for this med they said they would order it from now own has been over 16 mths and it's hit or miss. I should add this medication can not just stop being taken without serious consequences.

There were cobwebs that I thought were part of a Halloween display until I realized it was April. The pharmacy line makes the Mass.RMV look comparatively streamlined.

My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy by my doctor's office. When I called the Walgreens in West Roxbury (I was told by the Walgreens in Quincy any location could look it up), the representative I spoke to responded "Why would we do that?" This is a prescription I need to reduce my chances of dying from a stroke. And they refused to look it up for me. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone under any circumstance.

The pharmacy is great! I just moved here and the communication is great. They have items ready quickly, which is a lifesaver. Very efficient with updating my information and they are always very helpful. I appreciate the consistency between Walgreens in different states.

Terrible customer service. I was rejected for vaccination and was not explained why.Pharmacist kept ignoring me, never returned me my license and insurance and left helping others, who arrived after me. 15 min later I was finally returned my license and insurance and still never explained why the vaccination was rejected. Gave me a paper without my name on it, how do I know it’s applicable to me? Just overall BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don’t go here if you can. They need a new pharmacist, who will at LEAST try helping and taking time to address 1 customer concern instead of jumping from one to another person. Terrible multitasking skills. I have always had great experience in other Walgreens stores, but this was not acceptable at all.I visited the store in April 27th at 7:00PM.

Worst customer service, I called and the girl answered with "Hello" , no "Hi how can I help you" or professionalism. I then came into the store to pickup and the young girl at the cash register (different girl from phone call) had the BIGGEST attitude, didn't utter one word when I walked up to check out, no "Hi how are you" or "Have a nice day", dead silence. I don't know who's training these employees but someone is lacking to teach them proper customer service.

Well once again disappointed that Walgreens has rude managers ! Yelling at a customer when I just asked a question is disrespectful! Cashier was very nice! Staff are not helpful nor do they know about anything that the store has! Nor do they want to ask anyone for what a customer is looking for! Have had good experience in pharmacy! Every time I am looking for something like buy 2 for what ever price listed there is nothing to buy! Stick your shelves people!

Their walls aren't green whatsoever, more like beige and brown. Talk about false advertising. I found this to be a nice safe Walgreens in the Boston suburbs which did exactly what I needed it to do. I come here once in awhile if I'm using the YMCA right across the street. It's highly priced like you would expect, but service is fine and it's usually quiet, and it has pretty much everything you want in a Walgreens.

Seldom go to Walgreens and now I know why. Dropped in to the Walgreens on Centre Street in West Roxbury to print a couple of pictures from my cell phone. Equipment seem dated and not user friendly but I proceeded anyway. Pick up was in an hour and that fit my schedule. Returned to pick up, photo sales associate was too busy replacing paper in the machine and failed to acknowledge I was waiting after 5 minutes I asked if she was going to help me and she was indifferent and rude. Transaction took a minute but rudeness lingered. The store was dirty and some aisles were empty of products. Clearly I will not return

I find this store very disheveled and unorganized and the cashiers rude. This is a true story. I bought an item an the customer before me put a dog on the checkout counter in the photo section. The man in front of me walked out. I told the cashier to clean it with bleach and open another register. She refused. I called board of health and headquarters. and demanded her resignation. I spoke to another manager, Disgusting. will not buy food in that store or such. Also, there could have been a law suit as some customers have violent reactions to pet dander. Shame on you in a health store.

Cashiers are polite but when me and my sister were in the toy aisle we were kicked out for looking around.Would not recommended for kids
