Went for a covid test with an appointment and was told the system was down, also told the incorrect amount that was not consistent with the email their own system sent me, and was told I should just go to Logan airport. Despite having an appoint it seemed they were not even expecting me. Barring that, the store is always a mess, dirty, and takes forever to leave even when it's empty.

the way this pharmacy is run will take years off your lifethe app will say prescription is ready. I will arrive and stand in line for 15 minutes to be told my prescription is not yet ready.Trying to call in advance will leave you frustrated because it's all one person answering the phone and taking orders

I went for a PCR test and almost 4 days later I still have no results. There was nobody else doing a test, driveway empty and plenty of appointments so they are not busy. Online says it takes about 48 hours, pharmacy said the turnout was about 24 hours. What a joke and waste of time.UPDATE: Not only the test took 4 days, The results came up with the wrong date!!! Wow

It's sad when you don't have a adequate pharmacy in your neighborhood . This Walgreens has been in shambles for a very long time . I've had my pain medication stolen from here once. The problem never got fixed.

calling the store is ridiculous. Your put on hold for 10 minutes then someone picks it up and hangs it up. Call back you on hold for 8-10 minutes, someone picks it up put it right back on hold again, more music. Someone picks it up and hangs it up. It's just ridiculous.

Pharmacist Melissa was rude and disrespectful. After explaining I had to wait for the paper prescription to dry (5 mins.) before she could run it through the machine, otherwise it would get damaged. It got wet from rain. I fully understood her concern. Still, I stepped aside, looking at the paper wondering if it would in fact dry in 5 minutes. In the meantime, Melissa walked to the pharmacist in a white coat and proceeded to talk about me. What was surprising, the lab tech did not remove her, she listened instead of telling her that's unprofessional. Makes me wonder if the unprofessional behavior is a norm. Oddly, the white coat pharmacist took the prescription and filled it. And had the audacity to say if I wasn't happy I could take my prescription somewhere else. The epitome of TONE DEAF! Guess she didn't like the fact I said what needed to be said based on their rude, unprofessionalism. I told her that's not the point, the issue of unprofessionalism and disrespect and rudeness is the problem. Another store clerk said they are under stress. I responded there is no excuse for their behavior. I am a customer and a patient here for a prescription, not someone being catty talking subjecting ME to stress. A few minutes later security arrived because he was told there was yelling. I said yes, explained what happened. The white coat pharmacist said I'm filling your prescription. That was fine but I continued explaining the security their behavior. I also apologized for raising my voice, but also said, I stand by everything I said. They were unprofessional rude and disrespectful.

Incredibly poorly run. Waited over an hour past my appointment time for a drive-in covid test. There were two people ahead in line. One was just picking up a prescription. The other was sent away because she wasn't in a car (but they don't tell you you must be in a car until you get the confirmation email). When we got to the window it still took 20 minutes to get tests for reasons we don't understand, since we entered all our information online ahead of time.

I ran into one of the worst cashiers here. She berated me for standing behind the blue lines on the floor (for covid). Apparently I didn't distance myself enough even though I was standing behind the store posted lines. Then she says I'm not ringing you out and proceeded to throw my merchandise across the counter and left and said I could go to photos if I wanted to be rung out. I made a complaint on the website. No one got back to me. I will NEVER step foot inside a Walgreens again. I spend about $100+ every time I visit which is a couple times a month. I know CVS will appreciate my money and have better customer service.

First why is there a paper saying take a picture and register to get your results? You guys don’t send emails of the results in the hood? Second it should not take 55 minutes at the drive thru to take a scheduled Covid test and there is only one car in front of you who is also getting tested. 3rd the guy gave me the test and left for 15 minutes...I had to ring the bell for him to come back and get the test and also had to ask for a receipt. Got the same test done 10 minutes the opposite direction at another Walgreens, in and out 15 minutes tops. I try to give this Walgreens a chance because it literally 5 minutes down the street but I’ll drive out my way before I go back here for anything. Ridiculous and aggravated! And I called corporate I’m sure this happens often here and no one complains.

I'm currently waiting for a COVID test. It's been 1 hour and 15 minutes in the drive thru so far. The woman ahead of me has been sitting at the window for 10 minutes and the pharmacist still hasn't talked to her yet. Do not visit this drive thru.

I took a COVID test here on 12/19 to check my status prior to seeing my family for Christmas. It is now 12/30 and I did not get to see them because the results only came back today.The results should have been back in 1-3 days, and yet here I am 11 days later.The drive-thru line took 2 hours, and all for nothing. Don’t bother calling the store because they’ll continuously put you on hold. This is probably the worst Walgreens you could go to for anything, so please avoid if timelines is at all a concern.

This location is horrible! Empty shelves plus employees don’t like going in the basement to check on the overstock when items are not on the floor!
