I made a reservation for the vaccine and went there, but there was no vaccine. They said the system is the problem. But their attitude was more problematic. They don't know how to value their customers' time. It was a long journey to get there even though I am pregnant, and it was the worst experience.Never go to this store. In a word, it's a waste of time. Never never never!!!!!!Walgreen will laugh at their service in his grave

Vaccine appointment cancelled cuz no vaccine inventory. Pharma said they called me. But no missing call, no voicemail, no email. Waste of everybody's time.

I bought a product in a matter of seconds, I went to the door, I saw that the product was defective, I immediately returned to exchange it, the cashier responded with an unprofessional attitude, I don't even recommend this place at all.

Not only do you have to wait in line a ridiculously long time to purchase anything, but beware of the food from this location. Tonight I bought some chocolate chip cookies. I got them home, opened them, took a bite in the one, and it was the most unbelievably stale thing I’ve ever eaten. I looked on the package and it expired four months ago. Picture is attached. So we walked back to the location only to find out they closed early.

BEWARE: DO NOT GO OR PARK THERE!!! I was a regular customer and have always parked in their parking lot, shopped at Walgreens, then went to the Bubble tea place around the corner. I did this on Tue 6/13/23, was parked there for 5 minutes and Todisco towed my car. Their sign says "parking for ONLY Walgreens customers" and Todisco is lurking not far! Beware!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, he didn't want to scan my Walgreens card and move the Point of sale away from me then started looking at his phone, after a couple of seconds he said he was waiting for me to pay, why the f did you move it away. It was a Latin dark skin 17yo looking boy, if you read more reviews you'll see I'm not the first one complaining. I've been a Walgreens customer for years but I'm going to CVS next time

Today I went to pick up 20 photos that I sent to print and they were ready to pick up yesterday Order Date: 10/31/2022, Estimated Pickup Time: 10:19 AM Oct 31, 2022, the young woman who attended me at 7:15pm today 11/1/2022, asked me the phone number and told me that she could not find anything. I showed him the confirmation and the order number and his answer was that he couldn't help me with that. What a bad service. Then I will wait 10 minutes for them to attend me at the photo kiosk.

The pharmacy never answers. Every time I call they pick it up and let it go on hold. One day my son needed medication very bad and I couldn’t figure out if it was ready I called no answer!! I should file a law suit!!!

Never experienced a worse Walgreens Pharmacy. It's been exactly 43 minutes since I've been put on hold. They just pick up and without saying a word keep putting you on hold, over and over. Now finally 5 more minutes later (so 48 minutes total to finally speak to someone during a non-peak time and a time when they are not on break)... the woman who answered can't find my child's medication that her doctor called in, yet the Walgreens in Malden had no issues finding it an hour earlier, they just ran out and said this one in EB had it in stock. She couldn't even do her job and contact the Malden location to speak to them directly. She sounded so annoyed and bored and I had to repeat my child's info 6 times for her to understand. This place was always bad but now it's even worse. Do not use this Walgreens pharmacy unless you want a major headache.*Update: got prescription info from Malden Walgreens and when I called EB back a man answered this time. He was so friendly and very helpful. He answered almost immediately and double checked the medication was not only in stock but they had the exact amount needed. He made me feel very confident my medication would be ready on time. He deserves a raise and Walgreens EB needs more pharmacists like him
