Awesome little corner butcher shop! Wanted beef heart and smoked ham hocks, got both! Folks were helpful, friendly, and appeared to like what they were doing. Not cheap, but should meat be cheap?

We produce 100% grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork & chicken - all raised outside on pasture right here in New England and NY, without antibiotics, hormones or synthetic pesticides, fertilizers or herbicides. Our shop custom cuts whole animals from scratch, the old fashioned way.
