Was followed everywhere through the store, even as I walked out even though I was one of three customers there. Insulting to say the least. Also having a doorbell to ring to even get in? Really? Mens selection was thin and overpriced. Definitely not one of the more welcoming stores on this street.

Do not listen to any of the negative reviews about this store! The two owners of this shop are absolutely delightful people. They are always willing to help you pick out the perfect piece to suit your needs and body type. Prices are always negotiable and fair. Everytime my wife and I travel to Boston this is one of our first stops!! Do yourself a favor and visit this wonderful store in beautiful Beacon Hill

Beautiful selection of high end brands, tasteful and nicely laid out. I loved a jacket but was over my budget, all I had to do is ask for a discount. They did!!! I'm very happy with my purchase and good customer service I received.

Ha! Walked in and the girl, couldn’t even lift her head from her phone to acknowledge a patron. Whomever the owner is…you won’t have many sales while she’s on her shift. She’s more concerned with her phone. She should go work at TMobile.

Great products, but very lackluster service. Have been turned away the past three visits because staff wanted to limit store capacity to five shoppers. Inappropriate and weird and doesn’t really fit the market in Beacon Hill. There are many great places to buy awesome vintage products and it is not worth the awkwardness and customer profiling.

Not good experience, same complaints as previous posters. Was asked 4 times within 3 minutes of walking in if I needed help finding something after already having said I was just browsing. It was literally like the Pretty Woman experience, comically so. We were followed constantly in store. Clothing was fine, nothing extraordinary by any means, rather small selection and no extraordinary pieces, rather low-end of high end stuff, a bit rummage sale quality which made the rudeness all that much more confounding. One of the strangest experiences I’ve ever had and would recommend avoiding at all costs. Go to NYC and hit any number of MUCH better HE consignments like What Goes Around Comes Around or someplace similar.

Great little boutique with some real gems. All items are second hand but the condition is excellent of the items. The prices (item dependent) are a little high on the re-sale front BUT good quality isn’t cheap and if you want to question the authenticity of your items you can always use the internet ☝?The owner is really knowledgeable and helpful as well.Would recommend if you like high end items but at a lower cost ?

The most unwelcoming and uncomfortable shopping experience I've ever had. The owner is embarrassingly rude and unnecessarily disrespectful. I had to leave the store to hold back tears and anger. I just arrived to Boston on vacation and fell in love with a pair of sunglasses in the shop. I asked a few customers for their opinion as I was looking at color options, and they were kind enough to chat with me and share their thoughts. The owner kept sighing and mocking me, eventually laughing and getting angry, demanding I stop asking others for their opinions. For someone at such a mature age to behave like a child in front of customers is shameful. Another customer even glanced at the owner in distaste when she heard the way she was speaking to me. There are other upscale shops in the area with kind owners who don't make you feel small.
