On 9/5/2023 at 6:30pm the man working with glasses was extremely rude. He yelled at my son and told us we can leave after my son went to help to pick up a seltzer that fell. There is a way to talk to people and he does not need to be working costumer service. My son cried after because he said he was just trying to help!

Had not been back to vinodivino for years because they're overpriced. Usually buy a mixed combo of 6 red and white wines at 10% off at Blanchard whose prices and selection are better. Only wine left at home to drink with Baked Salmon tonight was a Lagrein. Since I was at neighboring Trader Joe's I decided to pick up a Picpoul, usually a bargain wine. Well, I paid $16 for a wine that Vivino rates at 3.6/5 and should cost no more than $11. I should have checked online at Vivino and left without it. Never again.

Very friendly and helpful staff here, helped us pick out some great wines to share with our friends. The team were very helpful with the shipping logistics and flexible on how they would manage quite a fiddly set of orders. Would definitely come back if looking for nice wines - and they have a great selection across price points
