Simba at this Verizon store was more than knowledgable about all the technical issues I was experiencing. He was professional and very friendly. Definitely 5 star service!

I just came in for a new SIM card, but had a wonderful experience thanks to Armani! She was kind, professional, and super knowledgeable with not only me but the other customers in the store. I was dreading taking my phone in all day, but the whole process was no problem at all! Thank you Armani!!

Armani was an enormous help and provided superb customer service. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the options available. I was impressed by her professionalism and consistently kind demeanor! The service Armani provided was above and beyond!
