Dont recommend this place. Youre charged a fee for service, while nothing is done. I came to transfer phone line to verizon, but the sales rep was not helpful. His simply just wanted to get me out of the store as soon as possible. I was told everything was successful but I ended up having phone issues and had to call verizon (online) to actually get someone else to do the work he didnt do. Its very frustrating. The sales rep also dismissed several key details that other eventually had to inform me about.

Walked in and nobody was in the store so I asked when they closed. They said 6PM so I left. They're open until 7PM. Lazy.

This is not for the store but for Verizon Fios, I just moved from Xfinity and signed up for the 1gb Fios internet, then the technician came and decided that the best area to install my modem was on the basement of a 4 story apartment complex, so my password and everything is visible for whoever who wants to use it plus I’m getting 20-50 mbs per second instead of the 1 gb. I called and now I have to wait for another technician to come in on Tuesday and fix this so I’ll be losing one full week of service plus 4 hours of my time for them to do their job properly

Verizon is a big scam. The worst internet ever. I purchased their best package for 5g. But I rarely see 5g. It is always lte. I’ll leave for another service provider

Ella was so helpful! She knew the answers to all my questions, helped me choose the right iPhone AND she told me I was able to get a discount with my employer. I didn’t know that!! I’m so happy with my new iPhone, thank you Ella!

I was here & decided to never return. There was an employee there, African-American man who was extraordinarily belligerent & aggressive if you turned-down an upsell offer or questioned him in any way. He once charged at me and his colleagues had to pull him back. I heard other negative experiences about him communicated to me. If he is still employed there, he should be terminated immediately. If anyone knows him or knows of him, watch out!! He is a dangerous man & has no decency.

I came into the store today with a huge problem. I had been disconnected from another provider and wanted to return to Verizon. I hadn’t been able to have a working cell phone because of this other provider so I was pretty desperate coming into the store. I worked with Greg and the manager who I believe was named Drayson and they were amazing! They were really sympathetic, helpful and completely understood my situation. They had my issue solved and started me on a new plane with a new phone in less than 45 minutes. They were amazing and it really was a blessing to have their help today! Thank you!

Today, we came in with a SIM card issue. We came when the store opened and a specialist named Greg helped us. He was amazing, efficient, and the service was fantastic. This Verizon helped out so much- thank you, Greg!

Went for a standard trade in and adding a line. It became a pain because the employee who helped ended up mishandling the trade in, and we had to create a case number with Verizon customer service. Despite this, it required another visit to the store to complete the trade in later. Additionally, unnecessary perks were added to my line thereby inflating my bill, which need to be contested again. I would 100% recommend stronger employee training at this store to prevent customers from going through this experience.

After getting locked out of my phone, and not being able to remember anything, I took my old phone and went to this Verizon, and assumed the worst. I lucked out! Mills saved the day. He was super friendly(all of the staff was) and was so helpful. I felt so bad, for taking up so much of his time, but super grateful he was able to get me back online. I ended up being the last customer in the store, and never felt rushed. The made shore everything was taken care of, and felt confident that my phone was back in working order when I left. Def recommend this store if you need anything in Boston. Thank you again!!

Can't believe I am writing a positive review for Verizon, but I lost my phone on the beach and only had 30 minutes to jump on a train back to NYC and the folks at this location were incredibly helpful!
