Extremely unhappy with the service. I was walking out the door when the delivery man was leaving with my package. I tried to call out to him but he just ignored me. I figured I could pick up the package at the post office but I couldn’t. I needed an ID, mine was stolen a few months ago.Nowhere did it say when I cancelled redelivery did it tell me I needed my ID. When I went to the office, instead of just politely telling me I need my ID the man at the counter slammed the notice slip on the desk and said “Out” like I was in trouble? He didn’t even try to tell me any information about how I can get my package or schedule another delivery.
Terrible and lazy delivery drivers, terrible front desk service. You can tell they are complacent with giving anyone a hard time when they feel like it.

Some stuff at this location makes it unnecessarily complicated. They had one of the most amazing CSR persons working there but i think he might have retired. Not too bad though, but with the USPS prices catching up to the UPS prices, the lines and complexity aren’t cool

Take, call this number; that's all they know about help out someone that will lost his package even if it shows the location of the package on that place and you could show the evidence that says is actually your own package

came in to send an envelope and the female worker “by accident” ripped in half the envelope with important documents and a money order inside. the only solution they offered is for me to go print my documents and come back again. i had to also go and replace the ruined money order! i’m glad that all the documents were replaceable and i didn’t lose anything important, but the whole situation is just outrageous and unacceptable.

I have been to this post office multiple times in recent months at times they clearly state on the website are open... but are closed when I get there. They say they're open from 9am to 1pm on saturdays, but I went there at 12pm and they weren't open. Why would they advertise being open until 1 when they're clearly not? It's a total inconvenience to people who are busy and literally have to re-arrange their entire schedule to find another time to go.

I feel as though good people deserve to get recognized. That being said, if you come here and you get kelly you know you'll be in good hands. She is absolutely amazing. Every time I come here she is always so helpful and patient. Thanks for always making the process a breeze Kelly. You're awesome!
