Really nice people helped me with doing registered mail for the first time.
Fix their AC! It felt like high 80s and humid inside when it was cooler outdoors. Those poor folks were sweating buckets. Maybe there was a power outage because the ticket service was down too.

I’m unsure how my accurately addressed items always end up here and lost in transit. Call, and they always say they can’t track the location. What’s the point of a tracking number if I can never track my stuff? Pointless.

Melissa and Nacy. They are very helpful on their 1 st day at this usps. They help with general delivery mail and whatever questions I need. These 2 have the best customer service so far that I know off. Thank you for your services. I was going to give a 5 stars, but since I waited on the line for almost 2 hours and when was my turn, the old black guy was with the crank. He been working there long time and I saw how he treated new employees. He doesn't show how to do the passport because it takes him almost an hour to finish the passport. Melissa saw that she came right over to help give him a hand and ask him for assistance. His attitude seemed to be anger and not happy with what he was doing. So Melissa did help him a hand. And when he finished helping other people in front of me. When it came to my turn, he said that he only did passport. He wouldn't help me, and he sent me to Melissa and Nancy. Melissa and Nancy are new to this USPS. And the old black guy, he been there long and he know more than Melissa and Nancy. The only thing I ask him is to check my information if it is correct on the form of General Delivery Mail. It is that simple, and he gives me that attitude. This USPS doesn't have enough employees, and most of the old employees have a bad attitude towards their customers. It's a USPS employees job to help us with a respectful attitude towards the customer and provide them with information as their needs. Please hire new employees so they can do better job than the old employees.

I paid $200 for the year for my POBOX a lot of my pacages have not been properly checked in. I am disabled and have to come a long way. I intentionally waited several days later to get my things but of course they are NOT checked in and I am sent away. What the HELL am I paying for?????

Great experience here, very efficient. They make eye contact when you approach and thankfully, they have finally cleaned up the lobby. If I had only one complaint, it would be that they should do a better job cleaning up the areas that people need to use often.

They returned my package to sender even though the correct address was listed in the package. When I tried calling the office multiple times, no one would answer on any line. The post man even reached my neighborhood but did not deliver the item. Created a hassle for me and the seller as I needed my package promptly for an event. Terrible system. Fix your phone line USPS Fort Point.

This is unreal! USPS is open till 12 a.m. and open on Sunday. And plenty of parking spots in the center of downtown Boston. I first read the review on Google, and they said this USPS really opens till midnight and you won’t have any issues finding a parking spot. I was not sure and could not believe it at first, but it is real! The staff is also friendlier than at other USPS locations. 5/5!

This place is so disrespectful and just plain rude.
They made go back multiple times for nothing. They are very unprofessional, they don't know how to do their job and I never got anything solved with my package. They never want to admit when their customer is right.

● This post office made 2 fraudulent unauthorized charges to my accounts of $212.10 when trying to get money order. In total $424.20 (On Thursday,April,18,2024 at around 5:20pm).
● I didn't get my money order and they refused to refund the money they stole even with the proof of the charges I presented to them.

So helpful to have a post office open on Sundays! Came around 5pm on a Sunday. A bit of traffic on the 93 to get there, but easy to access otherwise behind South Station. Free 15min parking outside. There was no line when i arrived. Very efficient and friendly staff. Was in and out under 15min. Thank you!
