Wow! Chuck was so kind and even stayed open a few minutes late to help me mail my taxes. The whole transaction was quick, easy, and pleasant. I was surprised because this was dissimilar to my experience at other post offices. Thanks Chuck!

I was a little hesitant to visit this post office because of the poor reviews but the postal workers we encountered were professional and courteous. We picked up a large flat rate box ($22.10 March 2023) and was informed we can pay for it when we drop the package off. So we returned a couple of hours later to do so. There was only one person in line (looks like she's renewing her passport and possibly her first time doing so) but we weren't in a hurry. A male worker came from the back to help us and our transaction was over in less than ten minutes with no issues. They provide glue sticks for customers to seal their envelopes. They sell packing supplies if you need them. This location also rents mailboxes. Convenient location and hours.

Very rude staff! Zero customer service. Zero eye contact, snobby, elitist behavior! While being super friendly to other patrons as we could here it while at the tables! Barking orders regarding where to submit a piece of mail by trying to send me to the drop box instead of kindly doing their job of taking it at the counter with an ounce of friendliness! Made us feel unwelcomed there! SHAME.
