The amount of people they let line up in the lobby with one person working the counter is ridiculous. If a second person does see the line, they do not bother assisting. It’s a small post office that does a lot of business. Please make your customers days and your workers days a little easier.

Absolutely worst service! Expect to waste and inordinate amount of time waiting on line only to be condescended to by the help on how to send mail! I mean really, no wonder people do everything online these days!

I went to this Post Office today to mail 10 plusletters and a package. Hands down the best customer service I have every had. The older gentleman was kind and got us in and out quickly. TY!!ackage.

My elderly mother went in with a large package and when she asked for help as to carry the package off her cart, the “man” working there said “no, i’m not gonna break my back.” absolutely bizarre that you choose to work at a package and shipping service and refuse to help out a petit elderly woman who is asking for help. this happened just today.

In such a big city, this was an awesome experience - the post office was open on Saturday afternoon with no line, and Dave even went out of his way to help me find the right packaging to mail a record to a friend. HIGHLY recommend.

The man who helps the customers here has a great attitude and is very helpful and polite. He helped me with providing instructions for mailing a package with multiple pages. It was a very quick and straightforward process. He is making sure the line moves forward quickly while no one feels being rushed during their service. I will work with this branch in the future due to high quality of service. Thanks for your help.

I needed help trying to find a package that had been forwarded from my current address to my new address because the online tracking had not updated in a week.I had to call five different post offices before finding one that would pick up the phone.The man who helped me at the Hanover Street post office was courteous, professional, and most of all helpful! He gave me the information that I needed, was very patient, and overall it was the best experience I have ever had with USPS!

Discrimination at it’s best! Xenophobic window clerk! I asked her to take picture of my own package and she told me l had to go outside the store to take picture of my own package because taking picture is not allowed inside the post office. I filed a complaint on the website and the malden manager told me this is not true, he would forward the case to north end, but seems like they are ok with this racist karen working for usps, so far I didn’t hear from them. You just go to the post office expecting to post your package and then what they give you is micro aggression based on your accent. Never happened to me before, only at the north end!

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I arrived at 1:30 PM to ship my last Christmas gift, the man working there told me I couldn't come in. I was confused considering they didn't close until 2 PM. He said they had people in line, (only three people) and wouldn't let me in. He told me I could go to South Station to ship instead. He then proceeded to shut and lock the door in my face. I was shocked considering it's the Holidays too. Needless to say my Christmas gift will not be arriving in time now. I will not be coming back here again. I highly recommend using to The UPS Store on Commercial street. The staff has always been so respectful and accommodating. This would have never have happened had I went to them instead. I've learned my lesson, don't use this location.

Saturday hours are until 2, but they stop helping people at 1:30. Tough to find time to make it to the post office and this makes it more difficult.
