Guy that was working the counter with a lady 6/26/2024 at 1:42pm is very rude and disrespectful and lacks customer service skills and needs to learn how to treat people with respect.

I feel like most of these reviews are just people who had one bad experience and went here to post about it. Nobody gives a review when everything works as it should, but in fact it does most of the time.
The post office worker was friendly. Told me everything I needed to know. I shipped my package and I was in and out in 5 minutes

Review specifically for the gentleman in the front at around 10.30am on May 16 2024. Couldn’t be bothered to not scroll his phone and, when he looked up from it, show genuine dislike for a customer walking in. Hope it’s just the one fellow and not a systemic issue.

I had an amazing experience with Martiza getting passports for my two newborn daughters. She was so patient, kind and helpful! Very grateful to have her walk me through the process!

People who work there are always nice. But there are always have to wait in line for so long to get a simple thing done....

I dropped by for passport renewal a day earlier than my appointment and the staff was so nice and accepted my application. One person specially was working so hard. I have to say that I had gone to Milk st. Post office first where 3 people were behind the counter and the guy said no I am busy. The place was not busy at all but he had the right to reject since I was early. So this branch went out of it way and provided service. It’s nice to see people care and help when they can. Thank you

i rarely leave negative reviews, everyone has bad days in customer service (i work in it too). But I’ve been dealing with the laughably horrible customer service at this location. the older women working there are always angry and rarely willing to help. always a headache when i’m forced to come in. maritza is usually the one who is impolite and unwilling to help but i believe there’s also another older woman who is just as unpleasant. IN ADDITION, the mail carriers will return your mail to sender if your mailbox is full without a warning and the notice i was given had a QR code and website URL to fix it and it was ripped off so you could neither scan nor see the rest of the URL. i can see why usps is struggling, the people at fedex are always eager to help and do it nicely. i’m done with usps, taking my business to literally anywhere else.

They don't know what customer service is. They will not help you. Their sight seems to be empty, like a body without brain

I needed help with a lost package and Cheryl was amazing! She looked through the entire back room to find my package (and she did)! Not sure who to contact about this but she deserves a raise! She was super helpful and kind.

Don’t come here for passport renewal. Whatever appointment you make is useless. They made you wait for hours even there are not many people around. Extremely slow and backward - I feel their service level is in 70s. Wait the people in 70s must be so much nicer! These people are rude. Try to avoid at any cost

I’d rather eat chalk than ever do business with the people here. “Supervisor” only knows the words “ummmm” and “I don’t know”. Exactly the type of people I want in charge of important documents and packages.

This post office is the worst I've ever seen. I arrived at 10am to mail a package. The man in front of me was getting a passport. The single teller took 6 pictures, and then walked out back and determine d that a smile was t acceptable. )which we all know.) she then took 4 more pictures over 10 minutes while the line built to 12 people. Someone in the line had to request. Second teller. The worst customer service I've ever seen
