Beware- they close before posted times. Walked all the way here and the doors were locked, they saw me standing outside, let me stand there for 10 minutes, and then came to say that the register was already closed. Terrible service, would not recommend.

Big shoutout to LJ, I am in the process of moving across the country so we’ve shipped 7 large, heavy boxes so far. He was very helpful explaining my options for shipping insurance and Media Mail, and also notified me about a potential error in the shipping system (the address did not appear in the system) and gave advice on what I should do if the package does not arrive.
I can’t speak for the experience of others who left reviews, but I think it’s pretty incredible that I can rely on USPS to get my belongings across the country (relatively) affordably. People like LJ make a stressful time a little easier which goes a long way

If I could give 0 stars I would and I am not normally one to write bad reviews but omfg. I wish I was joking when I say this was hands down probably the worst customer service experience of my life. First off a person should not have to call over and over again to simply be connected to a rep. Once someone picked up the phone the lady was snippy and very dismissive. I was not able to even iterate what my issue was before I was cut off. She very obviously did not want to be on the phone which I understand everyone has bad days. However, you work in customer service please find new employment if you hate people.

They close up to 30 minutes earlier than what they have printed on their doors. I've had bad experiences with them before but it's getting worse.

Staff are unhelpful and misinformed. Go to a post office outside of Boston proper instead, they are all much faster and much more helpful. I never have issues when I go outside the city.

I went to this site on 1-18-24 with my 18 year old daughter to get a passport. The 2 women postal workers at the counter were the 2 nicest and helpful postal workers I have ever met. While waiting for our appointment I noticed their interaction with several customers and I saw them go out of their way to be helpful and kind. I've never witnessed this before. Unfortunately, I have witnessed the opposite in my past experiences at other postal locations outside of Boston. Great job, nice to witness people being nice!!
