I have to say hands down. This is the worst Post Office I've ever dealt with. The supervisor name shalanda covers for her male Carrier's. Who don't show up for almost 4 days without delivering mail know i had to report the carrier for holding my checks for over a week and today is Friday December 22,2023. They are disgusting people.

What’s the point of having a phone number listed when they NEVER answer it? My friend’s been trying to determine the location of a very important package and cannot get in contact with anyone at this location. Absurd.

They left my packages outside on a public sidewalk and I ended up loosing $300 worth of merchandise. The people that work there are completely rude and can not help you with anything. Also there was an incident where the tracking was down and still not able to help. Serious attitude problem. Wouldn't recommend, honestly should be closed down if you ask me.

I just had to write about my experience with the Post office in Dorchester. I live in California and mailed a package to my elderly aunt in Dorchester via overnight. She missed the package, as it required a signature and the package went back to the post office and they left a note she needed to pick up the package from the post office.. She asked me to call the post office and see if I could have it scheduled for redelivery. In California personnel DO NOT answer the phone....EVER and so I had already felt I would need to tell my aunt I was unable to reach anyone. WELL......I called and...I was in total shock!! The woman answered the phone on the first ring and was pleasant!! I was in shock, given my experience with the post office over the last 10 years!...She was very helpful. She informed me, given they were about to close, someone would need to go down with their ID the next day.The next day my aunt sent her grandson for the package. The grandson was unable to get the package because he did not have the tracking number. My aunt, called me again in California 8 a.m. on a Saturday and asked me to call the post office and see if I could provide the tracking number. Again, I felt I got lucky the day before and there would be no way someone would answer that early in the morning.Lord and behold when I called, a woman AGAIN answered the phone!!! OMG.Again pleasant and she was very helpful and I was able to provide the tracking number and she facilitated my aunt receiving the package I sent her.I believe the woman said her name was Janice. She answered the call when I called the first time and she answered the phone when I called the second time!! Janice, Kudos to you.. You need to be the face of post offices around the world! Your handling of my situation will never be forgotten. Thank you!Management----Janice is a jewel. Thank you.

When I had called just to get info on my package because I was being giving 3 different times for delivery and one of them being delivered but couldn’t and got attitude when proceeded to ask next steps for me and that I was just confused because Amazon had given a time then USPS gave two different ones and wanted to clarify that. Yes it was clarified but with attitude and I very much didn’t like that because not attitude was given. Thanks for the “Great” service.

No one ever answers the phone, DELIVERY PICKUP HOURS AREN’t LISTED ONLINE. And they are very rude in there, lady knew not to try me but she was real nasty with 2 other customers

This is not a USPS customer location, you cannot ship packages from this location, it is only a warehouse and you cannot enter. Don't waste your time!

Like all of the other reviews, this place does whatever they want and if you complain they make sure to continue to do it. Miserable people love to try and make others miserable.
