Rude, unprofessional, poor customer service but what do you expect from miserable people who hate their lives. I can tell this post office will be shut down soon, just by its ghetto location and ratchet employees. I won’t return and will go to other branches with better service

Unprofessional, rude to customers, they had my package in that facility for nearly 3 weeks and finally send it out to distribution center.

Some of these reviews are from people that came into the post office being absolutely ridiculous & rude.Kevon aka “The Jamaican Guy” is the most helpful employee this location has had in a while. He’s always friendly and he goes above and beyond for every customer. Anyone writing a negative review about him is simply creating a false narrative.As far as Ebony, she might be the most misunderstood employee of all. She helps everyone and tries to resolve situations before they get out of hand. The only people that discredit her are the people that have come into the office being rude and mean.These people come to this building to help out our area. We have to find better ways to deal with our anger instead of writing false reviews to bash people based off our own wrong-doings.Keep up the great work Codman! We appreciate your service !

Opts to not do work and insist your package isn't there, when it is in fact the only place it could be, and would take a 5 second check to confirm.

The staff at this location are very rude. There is one woman who claims to be the manager of the place. She is extremely rude and awful. I would not recommend anyone do business at this location.

This lady by the name of Lovely. She is extremely rude .She has no professionalism. She is a terrible worker!!! I’ve never seen something like that . She was very disrespectful to me . What a terrible person she is . Just awful!

The worst service ever, they don't listen, they are always doing something wrong. The only one who knows what he is doing is the Jamaican guy he is very professional. They never have change, something is not working, or they have an attitude.

This post office closes whenever it wants and works when they want. They go on break when there’s 15 people in line. Very irresponsible and need more workers.

Only 1 person is working with more than 10 people in line. The worker is frustrated and so are the people. Very unprofessional. This place needs more people.

I sent a package to my daughter that currently lives in Dorchester MA on 7/6/23. The USPS attempted to deliver the package to my daughter's address on 7/8/23, but nobody was home to sign for the package. Somehow the package was lost while returning the package back to the post office. My daughter had a relative try to pick up the package at the Adams street location on 7/12/23, the post office said they can't find the package? Finally, they found my package after 2 weeks, so at least the package was not lost forever and my daughter obtained her package.

I have never experienced such an unprofessional establishment in my life. The workers literally put the close window sign up while there’s nine people standing in line for service. No other employee comes to the window to keep you apprised as to what’s going on. Then another employee comes back 25 minutes later not even acknowledging that customers have been waiting in line. If I could give them a half a of Star I would.

They need to hire more help 35 minutes wait in line to pick up a sorry we missed you delivery is crazy to me. In fact I’ve never come here and they wasn’t short staffed and got out less than 30 minutes

The only reason why I'm giving it 3 stars is because the lady on the phone is very nice and she's trying. But other then that my 3 IDs are not no where to be found. I will not pay again its not right. I cant do nothing with out my ids my paper ids are expired I've never wanted a week and a couple of days for an IDs. I really need them. People think it's no big thing well I never complain but now until my ids show up. I will be heard everyday if u cant do your job then don't show up to your job
