Prices and quality aside (tends to be hit or miss w/ UO), the staff were lovely at this location! Super friendly, and OMG the store was so organized! Even the sale section was relatively easy to browse. ☺️
(I went to a different UO earlier in the day and ended up leaving because the disarray there overwhelmed me ?)

Customer service should be definitely worked on. The kinky haired man working was very helpful and had no problem helping me find clothes around the store and even took some of the clothes off the mannequin because they were out of stock. However, when I was changing in the fitting room, the associate with the green eyes didn't accommodate me at all. As I walked to the fitting room area, she did not even greet me or any of the customers behind me. She was on her phone and talking to someone in her headphones. I walked out and asked if she could get me these clothes items and she said that I had to go to the register and see if they had them. I almost felt the need to show her where exactly to find the items I wanted. I told her that I didn't want to leave my belongings there and she said she'd watch over them and then continued talking on the phone. It clearly wasn't busy. What was the point of her working in the fitting rooms if she didn't help at all ? Very disappointing experience.

store for a lot of trendy clothes. but trendy clothes from are really basic. expect clout chasers. the record players are bad never buy crosley. the record selection is nice from pop to indie pop. but still only pop. they have some cool tees based off of shows.

Interesting encounter I had at the store today. I'm partially deaf and wear an earing aid device. I sat by the window and one of the girls working there ( for identification purposes: she is Afro-American with long curly black hair, they said her name is Alicia) in an extremely rude way told me: "you don't sit by the window" she had to repeat it 3 times as I was trying to read her lips and at the same time trying to understand why she was being condescending for absolutely no reason. She then proceeded to make fun of me with her colleague as they were both laughing like children. Needless to say that I had my wife drop every piece of clothing she was going to buy because of what just happen. If you're reading this young lady, learn some respect, you work in retail not in prison
