I was looking up on the map closest UPS and this one on summer St came up.... But once I seen the reviews and the negative comments I said " man I'm about to have a bad experience " but the second I stepped in I was greeted .... Which made feel comfortable. Then I asked for a box because the one I had was to big, and Don with no hesitation went out back and brought the right size to me! So when some people get bad reviews is because they want to complain but sometimes we do get spoiled apples. But @UPS I want you to know that Don was outstanding with his customer service! Thank you Don

I really wish I could give this place a zero. Spoke with someone who told me my package was at the store. Then got to the store and the clerk told me I had to wait two hours or pick it up the next day. He said he put it in the system so I could come back and pick it up the next day and I agreed and left. The next day I call to make sure it is available to pick up like he said it would be but because UPS is incredibly unreliable I called to confirm first. Sure enough they put my package on the road to NOT be delivered again. And I'm told they will do this process for the next 3 days (putting my package on the road, not delivering it and bringing it back to the store, and leaving a sticky note on my door while I'm home) until after Christmas. When I very clearly ask them to leave my package at the store so I can retrieve it myself time and time again. The most frustrating company in the world.

This company is literally the evil empire. They will lose your package, you can’t reach a person without screaming at a computer for 10 minutes. They will lie to you repeatedly. If you ask for a supervisor they will either hang up or put you on hold indefinitely. I was on hold for 4 hours 14 minutes yesterday before my phone died. If you go to a store the employees will tell you #1 they have no authority to do anything #2 they don’t have a supervisor #3 no one actually hired them. Seriously the evil empire! Do not ever ship anything with them ever! There is a special place in hell for whoever owns UPS!

I actually did have a good experience here. Easy to get my package, no line or fuss. However online the store hours should be adjusted. This store is only open 2-8 pm on weekdays. I went on a saturday since I thought they were open but they were not. Also keep in mind it's on a road tucked away across ocean not really Summer St.

I come to this location maybe once a week to send back Amazon returns or ship general mail. I always have a positive experience. The workers are fast and friendly. I've never had to wait long. The only downside is the hours. This location is closed on Saturdays and Sundays (even though that is not what it says online). This is INCREDIBLY frustrating. As most others I tend to run most of my errands on the weekends and cannot do that at this location. During the week they are open 2-8pm. I wish they opened a littler earlier as then I come come do my business during lunch but I appreciate that there's plenty of time after I'm off work.

There is a worker who works there his name is JEFF REID, and let me tell you he's absolutely disrespectful and rude.. he threw my package right in the snow and kept it pushing.. saw me coming outside to come grab it and just threw it like it was trash.. maybe it's because he knows that I know he was abusing my friend psychically and gave her a Brian injury! Whatever it is he needs to GO! FIRE HIS A** bc I don't wanna have to take manners in my own hands!! Ciao!

Not even 1 star. 319 Centre St Rockland Mass & UPS overall. If you bring returns to the store, not all locations accept returns. They expect the customer to know their process of needing a shipping label to be on the package when you bring it to the store. Also, in a small store with only a few customers, they don't maintain awareness of which order customers entered the store (so waited on a customer who arrived after me). Since I had someone scream at me for blocking where he wanted to drive (I was waiting for someone to back out of a parking spot/there were no other spots), I was distressed enough as it was to vocalize I had been there first. Customer service is condescending in tone and repeats the same message as on a loop. If it still goes wrong, it's the customer's fault. I'm on my third attempt to return a useless package I didn't open. I try to avoid UPS generally. This is a reminder why.

I am only giving one star for the fact that Sheena and Kenia on the customer care team were responsive and gave me ANY information pertaining to my issue. Otherwise, I had a scheduled pick up for 8/19 in which I received a call at 8:31pm from the driver that he was here. I met him downstairs with my package and he was not able to provide a receipt. He left with the package at about 8:40pm (which is all shown on camera). It is now Monday and NO ONE knows where my package is. It does not have an official shipping label (which the UPS reps said was no problem and that the driver would provide this along with a receipt) so as Kenia said was protocol, it should have been left at 647B Summer St. Additionally, the first rep I spoke to verbally confirmed with me that it was located there on Friday and that I could pick it up Monday. Today however, Kenia told me she doesn't know how they could've told me that because there is no record of it being there. Additionally, NO ONE could confirm it was there, and the driver claimed he never picked up the package. No one could give me DIRECT contact information and I had to push to receive the truck number. The truck's supervisor is supposed to be contacting me tomorrow to help out but I have no faith that they're actually looking. I will give them 2 days and then will be filing an official complaint etc. This is absolutely unacceptable! At this point, I just want to come pick up the package (assuming they ACTUALLY FIND IT) myself and will go elsewhere to get it sent to where I need it to go.

This is the second time I have tried to use this location which indicates customer hours on the website and also right on the front door of the building as 2pm-8pm. That is unless they decide to throw up a hand written sign that says "closed till x time". It's really annoying to come down here during open hours to find out that they aren't open.

Contacts delivered without a horn sound and/or doorbell rung. Near 100degrees all day. Contents of box clearly marked. Certain ‘temp’ sensitive items should be handed to the customer.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is an absolute joke. Makes no sense that is the customer center for UPS... UPS corporate please do something about this. This place has hours of 2pm - 8pm, however are constantly putting up paper signs that say not open today or will open at 5pm. It's even worse when you actually go in and find an unhelpful person working.

Can’t get in touch with anyone and the automated helping system is useless
