  I actually did have a good experience here. Easy to get my package, no line or fuss. However online the store hours should be adjusted. This store is only open 2-8 pm on weekdays. I went on a saturday since I thought they were open but they were not. Also keep in mind it's on a road tucked away across ocean not really Summer... read full comment

  This is not a customer service center this is a air operation building we load and unload the ups planes.

  I am Rosario . This UPS employee is kind and mindful. He helped me carefully holding a package that I could not receive. He remembers very well everything . He really cares of customers .
