They left my package at the USPS shipping unit, I can't track the package and know where it is if I only have the UPS number, I don't know where the package is if it is in the hands of UPS and I don't know when it will be possible to track the package if it is It is from USPS and is in the hands of UPS

I left my purse at Logan right before flying across country for a week. I was initially thrilled that it was quickly found by airport staff, and per their instructions I contacted this UPS store on site to have it shipped to me. Two days later I hadn’t heard from anyone, so I called to find out it was still sitting there, she just hadn’t gotten around to it. So I had to pay a crazy fee to get it expedited before I traveled again. Another two days later and no one knows where it is. We’ve been charged for shipping but never received a confirmation or tracking number. Do not trust the location with anything of importance.

They helped me find my lost package, it was next day air and not scanned. They were able to track it down in the warehouse. The girl on the phone was attentive and called me twice to keep me updated, i appreciated it

The worst experience I have ever had, at any UPS. They destroyed my package. They did not honor the insurance I purchased on the package. DO NOT GO HERE.

Unfortunately, I have to give one star. We made two appointments for two people for passport photos. When we got there they told us that they can’t do them because their white screen was too high to pull down. We tried jumping up to help because I really didn’t want to come back but we weren’t tall enough. I mean they really??? They couldn’t have looked up their appointments for the day and advised us that they couldn’t take the photo? I had to put my name phone number and email in the appointment.

Tl;dr UPS charged me $24 for their mistake. Ultimately did not provide requested service.
I was on a trip to LA when Logan airport called to say I had left my wallet with my license in it. They were kind enough to give me the number of this UPS location who they have a partnership with. They said UPS would pick up my wallet and ship it to me before I left LA. Otherwise I could pick it up at Logan when I returned.
I called UPS and they said no problem — they sent an email asking for my address. Then I never heard from them again. I followed up on the same email and received no response. I wasn’t able to get through over the phone. When I called Logan, they said UPS had picked up my wallet, so they couldn’t hold it there for me.
The wallet never arrived in LA. I went through extra security at LAX to be able to fly without ID. I returned to Boston and still no word. I finally got in touch with them and they said it “slipped through the cracks” and they failed to send it. The “good news” was they still had it.
So my options now are to drive 1.5 hours each way to pick it up from the UPS store, or pay $24 for them to send it to me at my home in MA.
If I hadn’t involved UPS at all, I would have been able to pick up my wallet at Logan airport lost and found for free on the day I returned. If UPS had sent it to LA, I would have any least received a service. Instead, I am paying $24 just to get it back from UPS. Had I never contacted them, I wouldn’t have had to spend any money. Ultimately I paid $24 for their mistake.

Scheduled an appointment for notary service. Arrived a little early and the staff said the person is usually on-time.
10 minutes after scheduled time staff proceeds to tell me the person is not coming. The UPS store not only wasted my time but I also lost money having to take time off for the appointment.
I do not recommend.

This UPS location routinely opens late. I’ve observed this on multiple occasions and finally decided to review. Today, five minutes after the posted opening time, no employees could be observed inside, lights were off, and a line was already forming outside. An employee finally arrived at 10:08 AM, and the first customer was offered assistance around 10:12 AM. When open, though, the staff is kind and helpful. If you have to come here, perhaps plan a later arrival to avoid wasting time.

I have never been nickel and dimed worse then I was at this UPS store location. I came in to return an item that I had the return label for in my email. I forwarded it to the store email and I needed a box for the item that I was prepared to pay for. The woman at the cash register charged me two dollars for HER to use her own computer. And then charged me thirty cents for the printing of the label. And then charged me five dollars for the box I knew I had to pay for, but then charged me 2 dollars and nineteen cents for herself to lift up my item and put it in the box. And then charged me EIGHTY FOUR CENTS FOR TWELVE INCHES OF PACKAGING TAPE!! The tape part was the most egregious to me. Skip this store if you are returning anything that isn’t already packaged and labeled!
