I shipped a package out last week, due to the delays it was not received according to the tracking status. I called the store and connected with James. He helped me through the whole process, followed up via email, text and call! Truly the best!!

Poor service. They have lost part of my items which were in the packages. I believe they discarded the heaviest items, including my CFA Preparation kit. After several phone calls, they instructed me to describe the problem in an email. Of course, nobody responded to that email, and now I can't even reach anyone by phone.

I have the misfortune of living directly above this UPS store. They sign for my packages that get erroneously delivered, then tell me they dont have my items and its been returned. Absolutely scummy how they withhold my packages / ditch my stuff. Additionally, they've tried to coerce everyone in my building who happens to share an address with them into buying post boxes with them with the implicit threat that they will with hold our packages if we refuse. Dont give these guys your business. I recommend the FedEx store up Cambridge street or the post office store across Charles st.

The store is great, exceptIt is impossible to get the UPS answering system to connect you to the store directly.

Poor and rude service. I was not acknowledged or greeted as I walked in the door to return packages; the two UPS employees in store carried on their conversation as if I was invisible but as soon as a white woman walks in it was ‘hello ma’am how can we assist you’? Poor.

I visited your store on Sunday afternoon, and I wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received. The staff member on duty was incredibly polite and patient. She efficiently collected the delivery information and even helped me correct some inaccurate details.As a first-time customer, particularly as a foreigner navigating the process of delivering important documents, I am extremely pleased with my choice of this UPS store. The service provided has been tremendously helpful. Thank you for making this experience so positive.

The counter staff are very helpful and friendly. In particular, one of the staff, James, helped me seal a package at closing hour, knowing that if I went home to get my own stationery, I would have missed the delivery. Thank you!

The automated phone number makes it absolutely impossible to reach a worker to ask a question. I wanted to know if they had a fax machine here and the robot bullied me asking me to repeat myself and that they did not understand me. Mean automated system :-(

The worst business model for making profit! They have slow computer slow software charging you for every minute you spend on, every paper you print. This branch has heavy traffic of customers but only one staff, one computer. Never go there without label, box, or tape, otherwise they will drain money from every bit of it. I am not blaming this branch but the corporate itself for its horrible customer service.

I had two large boxes that were in need of repacking and scraped my hand getting them through the front door. The staff member took me in the back, washed and bandaged the wound without batting an eye. She said people often get paper cuts etc. I pointed to the boxes and said they needed some better tape. She said she had seen that and would take care of it. Then she very carefully explained the shipping options and found the cheapest appropriate rate. I can't imagine better service.
