been here a few times. each time they’re mad nice and help me get what i need done. between making copies, mailing taxes, notarizing documents, they help me out and are always kind. best ups ever.

Unfortunately despite calling ahead and confirming they would be open at 8:30am, no one was in the store. Lots of people waiting to drop off their package but apparently the store hours are just aspirations

Was trying to get my fingerprints done and the servers were down (Microsoft’s fault, not under their control) on my appointed day. I came back as instructed the next morning at opening to get it done before catching my flight out of town and they told me they don’t do fingerprints before 12, but the owner came in early to help me get it done. Excellent service recovery and effort.

an astronomically better experience than going to the USPS store in mission hill. its worth the 14 minute walk- i was greeted, did not feel rushed, and was in there for less than two minutes. polite service very appreciated

Hi, my friend shipped a package on 12 June 2024. It was a very priceless gift from my mother and I have failed to receive it for almost a month. I feel this is a serious issue. When I track the package the website says the label is created but the package is not picked up. I don’t what that means but surely there is an explanation for this. Does it mean its still at the store or has someone taken it? I am attaching the picture of my receipt with the message so that I can get some more information on the issue.

This is by far the most friendly UPS store i’ve been to in the Boston area. The staff is very friendly and personable and i had a very good conversation with them. The store has taken a turn for the best under the new leadership. 10/10 would ship with this store again.

The men in blue are very polite and maintain a friendly vibe at the store. They are very forward with assisting customers and provided quick resolutions to any questions i had about shipping some fragile items.

Terrible experience - I'd give zero stars if I could. I went today (1/30/2024) evening for a prepaid dropoff and the two guys at the desk wouldn't acknowledge my presence even though I stood in front of their desk for a few minutes - it was as if I'm invisible! They kept chatting with each other - zero customer service etiquette and how rude!Finally, when I asked one of them where I could print my label they said I'd have to pay extra for that. When I initiated a return, I already paid the return charges and the email mentioned that I could print the label at no charge. Horrible customer service and utterly useless!
