When I always come in this location the staff are so respectful and courteous.Despite the low reviews this store has received I can deeply say I appreciate all of the hard work they put in when handling customers service! The line sometimes be almost out the door and they treat every customer with respect. Thank you so much I really appreciate it !!

Laughing at customers in difficult situations instead of being helpful? Do better, UPS Store, by training your manager properly. I've had multiple negative experiences with this supposedly "experienced" staff member, Tim. I am reporting this because his behavior was completely unacceptable.
Recently, I needed notary paperwork signed, but Tim completely dismissed it. Rather than being helpful or providing a reasonable explanation, he repeatedly stated, "he cannot sign" or "he refuses to sign." He showed no willingness to understand what I was trying to explain. UPS needs to improve their manager training. Instead of demonstrating appropriate demeanor, he was visibly disgruntled, arrogant, and even laughed at me with other customers. This level of service is unacceptable. Please learn how to treat your customers with respect and professionalism.

Complicated printing service or they try there best to make it Complicated, debit card and cash not accepted . No help possible from the staff like usual they can't access the screens and computers .

The personal service that I received from employee Amari. I had issues with my Amazon labels etc. He was extremely professional knowledgeable, and especially friendly and eager to help. I came back a week later and he smiled and welcomed me. Rare to see this level of service these days.
