The staff at the store are GOOD and Decent people. I left my Nintendo Switch gaming device ($300) at this store and they held it for me. This could have easily been stolen, and I wouldn't have been able to trace it. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

This store is ALWAYS so helpful. I walked in with the wrong label and Kitty patiently assisted me with fixing the problem so I could return the items. She’s fantastic 5⭐️!

A woman named Katie or Kitty who actually told me she was an owner “helped” me with my return. I did not notice that a label was for USPS. She charged me one dollar to print out label, sold me an envelope to ship an item back, and then told me to go to USPS to ship my package. Yuck!

Great location they had 3 guys working and I did my Amazon-drop off and also shipped out some clothes in less than 5 minutes. Granted I went at 11am on a Thursday. I'm sure this location gets pretty busy being off of VFW Parkway but staff is 10/10.

Good store. Very busy. I complained about the drivers not ringing my doorbell for a pick-up of a computer I was returning to Amazon. The store person told me if it's not outside, they won't even come to the door. I just had to postpone badly needed knee surgery because I fell and broke 4 ribs. It hurts to do ANYTHING, including driving. I shouldn't have had to come to the store. 2 pickup calls, no pickup. If you can't do your job right, don't do the job. Very good example of LAZY PEOPLE!!

This UPS store has some of the rudest customer service. I have been there more than once, and this has been my experience every time. I was dropping off something at the store before work on Friday morning and arrived 5 minutes before their regular opening time at 8:30am. Saw some staff inside and assumed they are already open, but the door was locked. Ok, Fair enough. I waited another 15 minutes in outside, while other people also dropping by and finding the store closed until someone finally opened the door and immediately started yelling at me that "he doesn't want to open early just because you are here" and "why did you (phone ) call", which I hadn't! I said I hadn't called and didn't talk more but he yelled at me non-stop during the time I was there. Apparently he was under the influence of something as no normal person behaves so aggressively for no good reason. Here is the bottom-line, If you cannot maintain a good customer service, shut don entirely.
