After having a run of bad luck with realtors in the search for our first home, we were connected with Josephine and she did not disappoint! She works fast and is so on top of everything. She was respectful of our wants and a wonderful advocate for us as first time buyers. Although we hope to stay put for a while, we would work with Josephine again in a heartbeat. Thank you Josephine!

Be warned Katherine power works here, she was a fugitive for many years and involved with the death of an officer after attempting to rob a bank. She lived life as a social justice warrior, and moves herself to the whitest town which is interesting. She only served 6 years for her part in it- privilege at its finest. I will not support a firm who would hire a person like this.

Working with Jay Balaban was a fantastic experience for my wife and I. From the beginning, Jay was communicative and got to know exactly what we were looking for, while also making suggestions on areas we may have overlooked. He worked fast and was able to get us a showing with short notice after the open house window. Not only did Jay find us a property that checked the majority of our boxes, he never tried to "sell" us the house. Once we decided to make an offer, he guided us seamlessly to the finish line, educating us along the way. He was transparent about the market and asked thoughtful questions to ensure the house was right for us and we were equipped with all of the property details to feel confident with our purchase. Jessica Ingram-Bee picks up the phone when I call. Conversation is pleasant enough. Lie number 1: tells me there's an insane amount of interest but only one person has submitted an application. So if I can come today, she can submit my application and I'll only be up against one other person.Lie #2: Tells me to show up at 4:45pm and to text her to confirm. I say I may be 5-10 min late because of an earlier meeting. She says yes, its ok.I show up at 4:55pm after texting her around 4:40 that I was on my way. I say I'm here. No response. I see someone else waiting in front of the unit. After about 10 minutes, we talk and she says she's also been waiting for a 4:45pm appointment but told her she had been showing it to a couple.I call, no answer. Around 5:15 she emerges from up the street, waving at this other person. Says nothing to me, doesn't respond.Why not just say, can we reschedule? Or, hey sorry, that unit isn't available anymore? I'm applying for places so rejection is part of the process but that interaction lacked any amount of human dignity. The lies were unnecessary, you didn't have to lie and waste my time.

Jess is an excellent broker! She gave us plenty of options and set up appointments until we found the right apartment! My roommate and I were in Boston for one weekend to look for apartments as we were moving from out of town! Jess took us on a marathon apartment search to find what we were looking for. Once we found the unit she walked us through the application process, and answered any questions and concerns we have along the way! Jess was excellent and if you are looking for an apartment in the Boston area I highly recommend using Jess for your search!

DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY!Realtor put us into an apartment knowing that landlord had assaulted previous tenant.There are many realtors in Boston/JP. Look elsewhere!
