I was on the bad situation in the night time my car had issued stopped suddenly and I try to move my vehicle from the road and somehow someone stop and asked me to give hand. I was lucky our brother country from Azerbaijan 🇦🇿 “Sağol 🙏 Ömer helped me. He gave me of this place they tow my truck and they are really polite and take care everything . My car battery died today in the freezing cold. I waited for AAA for literally 3.5 hours to come jump my car. They never showed up so I called universal to see if they might be able to help. 10 minutes later they came to me and jumped my car. The guy was very nice, quick, and professional. Very appreciative. Thank you so much!

Wendell did an amazing job on my 1995 GMC Vandura. The beast needed a new control arm and the guys at Universal Auto Service made it look brand new. Charged me a more than reasonable price for a job that can be pretty difficult. Customer service was great too. I do most of my own work when I can, but I was very impressed with this shop.

Don't take your car here. They tried to charge me $480 for parts that cost $150 and take 5 mins of labor. I offered him $250 and he goes uhhhh how about 300? No, I'll take my car back thanks. Ok ok $250 no problem.I call them Monday morning after they don't call me and find out my car is ready. Turns out they put aftermarket parts in my car without even consulting me. This sucks considering I have an enthusiast sports car and want my car to have OEM parts to retain it's value.Beware

Update: I have since investigated the sway bar links on my own. In my opinion, they *are* far more rusted than I would hope 6 month (now 1 year) old parts would be. It is *also* true that I am unable to get any play by attempting to move the links by hand (the original OEM rear sway bar links can be rotated about their long axis this way, though there is and should be no vertical play). However, if I use vice grips, I can rotate the new links fairly easily. Also, I agree with Universal that there is no way the links could have been 100% seized, because either the suspension would not travel, or the link bolts would have snapped off. So, my conclusion is that, while there is a little reason to be suspicious of these parts, Bernardi Toyota's claim that a $550 repair was needed on 6 month old parts seems to be a blatant lie. My apologies to Universal for faulting them without doing this investigation first.

Owen is the best! He goes above and beyond for his customers. He knows what he's doing, he's honest, and he finds the real problems and fixes them, unlike other places that just do temporary fixes to get you coming back for more. He also gets things done as soon as he can, while other places will sometimes take your car for a week when it is a minor issue. Seriously recommend!
