I asked to join when I entered the club, and a man in all black approached me and said "nothing that will promote your material condition may be found here." I trusted him, he was a man of knowledge. I went to Dunkin instead. Things were kept clean here! Attentive and omnipotent staff.

Really nice lounge. Clean, staff is friendly and attentive. Food was really good with lots of options. Quiet, not too crowded in the morning. Happy with the experience will come back again!

Okay, mixed feelings here. The club itself is really nice and pretty big given that Boston is not a big United hub. However each time i visit it’s somewhat messy. Cups everywhere, empty bathroom supplies, buffet looks like a group of hungry teenagers were left alone with it.But yet the staff is polite and friendly..

Typical United club in the US. Poor selection of food, you have to pay for most drinks. The seats are okay, and you get a good view of the ramp and runways during daylight. Not a place to spend too much time.

Worst United Club I have encountered. Dirty dishes everywhere while staff stands around idle. Food not resupplied when selections run out. The only person that seems to be working is the bartender.

If you're a United club member you got to check out this lounge. The views are amazing! You can see planes arriving and departing from the runway. The Food is great also and the club is very spacious and clean. The Staff is very friendly.

The personal is quite friendly. However, the food is my phone not good as you are used to Lufthansa Star Alliance in Germany

Nice and spacious club. I hadn't been here in a while and was surprised to see that they now serve hot breakfast. Reasonably nice food options for dinner as well, and a fully stocked bar.

No showers, minimal staffing during long layover delay in Logan airport. In the bright side tasty lobster Mac and cheese.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, lots of plugs, good Wi-Fi. Food is a notch or two above many other United clubs. Close to most United gates.
