I have had this bank for almost 20 years. It is archaic and impossible to get someone to call you back. Ive stayed with the credit union because i dont want to feel like a small fish in a massive pond but i guess that is whay needs to happen in irder to get someone to call me back! People aren't doing their job and it's people's money at stake. I've never heard of a new debit card taking over 2 weeks to arrive. It's 2023Maybe someone will contact me after leaving a negative review because the 4 times I called, the interaction with the fraud department and the messages through the banking app haven't warranted a call back.

I have a heloc with Tremont, but I need a wire transfer to take out more than $1,500 and it's impossible to get someone on the phone to execute the wire, so do I really have a heloc with Tremont?

At the Roslindale branch, Great staff and customer service. Tellers are helpful and service reps. step up and help out when there are lines.

Moved to neighborhood. Thought I'd start up here with a new bank. With how IMPOSSIBLE it is to GET IN HERE, did I accidentally apply to HARVARD? No, I applied to (checks notes) TREMONT CREDIT UNION. Ms. Pena, NEVER YOU MIND on my application to give you my money. If you can't properly handle the application process, what in god's name will you be doing with my money? Get outta here with this nonsense.

If I could give negative stars to this "bank", I would. Customer service is the worst in the business. The online banking infrastructure is dated by about 10 years. The stories I have about this place, you couldn't make up. Stay far, far away!

Paid off my car loan only to never be given my title MONTHS later.They only recently just sent me a letter (after contacting them 3 times regarding the same issue) saying I must request and pay for a duplicate title because they are no longer in possession of mine. What in the world? HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE. I paid for the title when the loan was transferred initially. You "HAD" the title...so who did you mistakenly send the original title to?Do not use TCU, they are trash and cannot do their jobs right. If I could leave no stars I would.My uncle also had a big issue with them and his mortgage. So again...avoid TCU at all costs.

Went in to verify an old $100 bill was real and exchange it for a new bill. Teller was rude and argumentative and even went as far as to throw the new bill at me. Save yourself the headache and go to the BOA across the street, any normal bank is better than this dysfunctional credit Union.

I've been a customer for years, and really want to support a local credit union, but TCU is just terrible. In my most recent difficulty, they issued a new card to me right before the pandemic and changed my PIN. I forgot it and called to reset it, and after attempting through their automated system and talking to multiple people only to be transferred to the automated system that didn't work again and again, I ultimately got nowhere and was told I should go to a branch, but they kept me on the phone so long that the branches were all closed. They just make everything too complicated. I have accounts with multiple banks and credit card companies and nobody else is this difficult.

Literally tried calling them for a week so that they can resolve my banking issue. Been forwarded to a voice mail each time and when I leave my contact information NOBODY contacts me. Absolute terrible customer service. Why have a customer service number if nobody answers.

Such great service when we open our account a few months ago. I get a response everytime I call. They're quick to resolve any problem I have, such as changing bank pin or lost passwords. Thank you TCU!

Friendly staff and great rates. Love the coin counting machine too! Convenient separate entrance for the ATM makes it easy to social distance while still accessing my money.
