They are horrible with customer service and the quality of work on items. Bought two chains. I asked for one chain length to be cut down a faction to sit about the other. They cut it down so much, I had to cut the other chain down. It got busy so I was asked to come back, so she could fix it. When I came back, she asked me to pay again. Why, when I only left because you asked me to leave and come back! If I knew you would ask for me to pay again to fix your error, I would’ve stayed until you fixed it to my liking that day. I will never come back!

I just needed a battery replacement in my watch but instead I ended up with broken one because she broke it and tried to fool me. I came home after the battery change, I felt something is wrong and opened up a back lid myself and I found out the battery is literally holding with a tape that she put in instead of a little gold looking arm that she stole… I came back angry didn’t know English at that time so I had to call police she was trying to fix it and returned back that gold piece but it was already broken and there is no way to fix it… terrible experience. Don’t go here she is too attracted to good pieces so that she steal it

This place is HORRIBLE for repairs, she doesn’t use the correct karat for the pieces. I’ve had things fixed that broke once I got in the car- I’ve wasted 60 dollars in trusting her repairs. She def makes her coin by extorting broken jewelry. Go to EURO in downtown crossing-

Bought 14k initial earrings. Not sure if it was the earring back or the stem of the stud, but it definitely isn't pure gold. My ears were irritated after a week. Beautiful earrings, just not what I paid for.
