I spend a lot of time in your hotel and a chair other than an office chair would be more comfortable. Even an ottoman to put your feet up while watching TV would be better.

The Westin Copley Place, Boston is a large, unremarkable hotel that is part of the Westin chain. While the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a convenient bathroom and clean, modern amenities, the hotel's overall experience is overshadowed by its exorbitant prices. The room was well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a spacious layout. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a convenient walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. The room also had a small seating area and a large desk, making it a great option for business travelers. However, the hotel's prices are extremely high, even for a luxury hotel. The parking fee was outrageous, and the hotel's location, while convenient for exploring Boston, did not justify the exorbitant cost.Overall, while The Westin Copley Place, Boston is a solid choice for those looking for a comfortable, modern hotel room, its high prices make it a less desirable option for those on a budget. If you're looking for a more affordable option in the same area, there are plenty of other hotels that offer similar amenities at a lower price point.

We stayed here overnight. The hotel it self is beautiful, and so is the location. Very disappointed with Valet staff, very rude and unfriendly.I ordered room service - gratuity already added? What? Since when can’t I tip? Get my bill, get charged $30 destination fee. I call to ask what that’s all about, lady on the phone says would I have chosen to eat at any of their restaurants I would have gotten $30 off. Why was it not subtracted from my in room service, I did eat in house. And since when does a hotel get to dictate where I need to eat? Oh don’t eat at our hotel restaurant, so we charge you extra for that? Seriously?!? No where is stated that it’s ONLY a valet parking either!

Staying for a conference down the street for 3 days. Was notified of an upgrade to a corner suite two days before. Excellent check in even with all the attendees. Helpful staff in the lobby with an area to hold bags if you're too early to check in.Excellent check in even with all the attendees. Helpful staff in the lobby with an area to hold bags if you're too early to check in.21st floor. No street noise. Multiple elevatorsEasy access to the mall thru a sky bridge and tons of other things to do in the area.If you're coming from the airport take the free direct bus which will drop you at the convention center Back Bay. Walk thru the mall or along the street for a more direct route which is only 5 blocks or so.Walkability: Easily walkable to shopping, restaurants and public transportation.

I had an spectacular stay at The Westin Copley Place, Boston. The best customer experience I had was feeling taken care of by the hospitality staff at breakfast from the moment I woke up. The team led by Irene, consisted of David, Julia, Karla & Shun. Every morning, they impressively called me by name, welcomed me like a friend and tended to my every need or question in a very personal and professional manner. They made me feel like I was part of their community. Upon return to Boston I would stay there in a heartbeat. The location is great for a downtown Boston experience. Shopping and amazing restaurants are within a close walk. There is an express bus stop a short block to and from the hotel for travelers without a car that is free into and only $3 back to the airport...I learned that from Irene.

Where to start? We love this hotel, we live in Florida and for the last 13 years we have been coming to Boston at least twice a year and mostly in the fall to enjoy the weather, for the first couple of years we stayed at another Marriott hotel that we thought it was a good place for us, until about 3 years ago we decided to switch hotels, mainly because of the locations and the places we like to go, so we decided to stay here at the Westin Copley and oh boy did we like it ? We loved it, the rooms are beautiful, spacious and super clean, the views from the rooms are amazing, every single person that works here are always very kind and friendly, but I do have to say we have our favorite person here, if you go to the executive lounge for breakfast you’ll be greeted by the most wonderful, kind, sweet and friendly person ever, her name is Irene and we all love her, I’m talking from my kids, my husband, my mother in law and myself, we have had all the pleasure of meeting her in different occasions and we all agreed that everyone should be more like Irene, always happy, smiling, welcoming, friendly, she definitely knows how to treat the guests and makes us feel like if we are really at home.We actually just got back 2 days ago from Boston, of course we stayed here and we were so glad and happy to see Irene in the executive lounge when we down for my coffee and she was as sweet and friendly as we remembered her.Long story short, we love the Westin Hotel at Copley, this is our all time favorite hotel to stay while in Boston and we also love Irene, every company should have an Irene!!!

As a fulltime hotel guest between hotels, 10/10 experience. Staff was amazing and location/rooms were great. Titanium- free breakfast (else $28) Buffet on weekends- quite good. Only downside? Some of the other clientele- complaining about mundane things in an unnecessary way.
