During the tour of Sports Museum, they take you first to the 9th floor, and show the TD Garden arena, they tell some history, then they take you in the hall, and you walk all around the arena the entire circle, while walking, you can see on the walls the historic pictures of all kinds of games, and sport teams, as it is a sport museum in general, not only for Bruins and Celtics. Also they have displays of all kind of sport teams, and their uniforms, and memorable things. The guide answers all the questions and tells everything about all you see there. After that tour, you are taken to Heritage Hall, and after, to the gift shop.

Enjoyed the tour, but perhaps being the summer parts of the you're was closed. I've been on yours like this in the past and felt I saw more, but this one was only ok... Why not let us at least see into the Celtics and Bruins changerions? Why not have a section of the parquet courts on display?
And why is there a big Bruins thing at the end but no Celtics thing?

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable. We had a wonderful time even with construction taking place!
We much preferred this tour to the TD Garden tour. The TD Garden tour is not worth the money. You cover half the same areas in the Sports Museum Tour and the Celtics and Bruins locker rooms are not viewable.

Me and my family came to Boston this week on vacation and are huge sports fans. We booked a visit to the Sports Museum and Heritage Hall, costing us about $250 altogether, for this morning at 11 am. A large section of the highway was closed so our Uber got us there and we arrived at 11:03 am. The tour left without us and the man at the counter told me I could join the 12 pm tour. I went at 11:45 to ensure my tickets went through and that we could join the 12 pm tour. I was placed in a line behind people buying tickets for the 12 pm tour, who then took the spots we would have filled. The tour was full so they turned us away and refused to give me a refund. Me, my elderly mother, and my pregnant sister all stood around waiting for the 12 o clock tour only to be denied and never given our money back. I was so sad, especially because many Bostonians have been very kind to us thus far but these workers were not nearly as friendly. What a shame, I know I can’t get my money back but I would have loved to even have a portion of the tour.

Very cool experience! I arrived at 9:30 and was the only person there so I got a private tour. We walked all around TD Garden first. There were tons of photos along the hallways. We went to the suites as well. Then I was taken to Heritage Hall to see all the great Bruins pictures as well as memorabilia and some interactive activities too. The staff were amazing and very helpful.

This tour was one of the best tours I’ve ever done. I was hoping to see the arena floor, even though we didn’t get onto it I got to see it from many different sections of the stadium and it was amazing. My tour guide Irene was so amazing at giving information and history on the tour so I learnt a lot about the stadium and the Boston celtics and Boston bruins. Irene was also amazing at answering any questions I had whilst on the tour and she really enhanced the tour for me. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience at the TD Garden.

I joined the tour with Henry this morning. Henry has too much to say and is a wonderful sports tour guide. It was on my last day of a business trip in Boston. I am a basketball fan but do not remarkably follow the Celtics. But even so, this tour has provided me with a lot of new information about the sports history of Boston. I initially thought it was limited to basketball, hockey, or Celtics and Bruins. But it also includes the history of the Celtics franchise, the Old Garden, the Red Sox’s, and the Patriots’ history and glorious moments. And they may also collect cool stuff like the first-ever basketball shot clock and the old uniforms of the baseball teams. The experience has truly blown me away; I thought every sports fan should go because Boston almost has every first American professional sports team, just like Beantown’s historical role in US politics.

They are unable to anounce in their website that they are closed in any given day because preparations for any event, knowing the dates of their events, is unacceptable. We lost our time coming to TD Garden.

So cool to partake in a tour. Didn’t really know about it though until a security guard mentioned it to us. So maybe a bit more advertising? But our guild was amazing and very knowledgeable.

I went to the museum when it was located in Cambridge Side Galleria and my family had a very good time seeing all the exhibits and unlimited time.
Unfortunately this museum was very disappointing.
At TD Garden we were told by our guide we had 45 minutes to go through the various areas. Unfortunately we watched the Bruins practicing for 10 minutes. We then saw the life size statues of Orr, Bird, Williams & Yaz. After that the were rushed along corridors with various sporting photos on each side but were unable to look at most of them because we were hurried along.
The new Bruins exhibit was very nice, although they upped the tick price $10. At least here you could take your time and look over everything you wanted to see.
I would not recommend to anyone to spend their time and money to come to see this.
