I'm a film producer and I hired Exela Movers to help move some furniture and equipment in and out of a large 7th floor office space, all under a tight timeline and precise schedule. I can't say enough about how great Alexe and the Exela team were. They were super personable, responsive, helpful and diligent in their work. They took great care of our stuff and it was a pleasure to have them on our shoot for the day. Felt like old friends at the end. If you need a great moving company, look no further. Exela is truly a local small business built by a bunch of hard working, nice people!

Beyond in customer service!!! I would highly recommend and I will be using them again!! I moved back in October and these 3 brawny professional men were nothing but top of the line!! I am a store manager and am hyper aware of customer service. They were quiet, on task and treated my antiques with enormous care. Not one thing broken at the new address. Also, they were stuck moving me from a top floor Victorian building with 50 stairs and no elevator...not a peep of a complaint. They treat the client like a king or queen!! PLEASE USE THIS COMPANY!!! You will not be disappointed!!! Movers Slavalu, Nico and the project manager S...I cannot remember. OUTSTANDING!!!

Exela movers were the best movers we could have asked for. Not only were they fast, efficient and nice, they moved everything from our storage unit and a house to our new location in less time than I could have expected. It was perfect that we hired four movers and made everything so much faster. The quote was very competitive and the communication from Alexe was very prompt.

Process was simple from beginning to end. Great follow-up before actual move; I also had to up my move by 3 days. Exela movers was accommodating. The crew were very professional and punctual. This was the best moving experience I've ever had. I would recommend them to anybody. I will be using this service again.

We moved into the Needham area from Chicago. Four Exela movers with two trucks arrived on time, packed our entire house efficiently, and in two days, our belongings were brought over to our new house in Needham! We have moved five times in the past eight years and this was by far the smoothest interstate move ever! Thank you Exela!

I want to start out this review by saying it is not a review of the movers or the quality of the move itself. The experience that we had with our movers was seamless, and incredibly professional. They really took their time to make sure our belongings were well-packed and secure, and made a stressful move very easy for us. However-- we received an email from The Other Guys back office citing that they were running a promotion where we would receive 10% off of our total move. They claimed that the promotion would be applied to our card after the move. Great. When weeks went by and the promotion was not refunded, we reached out to Jane in the back office again. When we received no response, we reached out one more time, only to have our message ignored once again. Again, we couldn't have asked for a better experience with the move itself. The back office communication was frustrating. I would not do business with this company again based on that.

Did a long move to South Dakota from Massachusetts. They are very responsive and kind but a bit pricey for longer moves. Gave us a big truck for a relatively small move, which may have driven up the price. We went with them for their good reputation and flexibility. Rodridgo is a nice and helpful mover. Very open with communications too. Overall, fine experience.

The Other Guys Moving Moved us from Natick to Burlington. They were fairly priced, outstanding attention to detail and prioritized being very careful with all of the furniture and other belongings. Will use again for sure.
