I planned a surprise ride for my Girlfriend's birthday, and all I have to say is they over delivered!!! Our driver was such a good guy and over a month later everyone who attended is still telling me what an awesome night it was!!! I would highly recommend The Original Boston Party Trolly to anyone for any event!

The Original Trolley was great! The driver was so polite, took us to several stops along the way to our final wedding destination! The driver was fantastic -she helped each person on the trolley holding an umbrella for each person in our party becaue it was pouring rain! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future!

We were really looking forward to the trolley for our entire wedding party, but unfortunately unless you plan to be on the trolley the entirety of your booking, it wasn't really worth the price. The whole thing felt very rushed. We booked for 3 hours, but was told just days before that we'd need to end 15 minutes early due to their afternoon booking, and then were rushed from leaving our ceremony location. We had a full hour left of our reservation, and only a 20 minute drive back to our final location, and yet one hour before drop off time we were pressured to depart. The trolley driver looked very unprofessional, was not very friendly, literally only drove to and from and was not accommodating with our drop off request for our mobility impaired guests. Though all of this didn't really register with me until we arrived at our final dropping point. The driver walked off the bus while passengers were still exiting, stood next to me (the bride) and said "so who will have my tip?" Not only unprofessional, but not even a "hope you had a good time! Congrats" or any such thing. She then proceeded to count the cash tip in front of me and my exiting guests. My only regret from my entire wedding is tipping the full 20%. The 3 stars are for Jessica and the communications team during the planning, and the party bus in self was lovely. Overall it was the same service I'd expect from the MBTA bus, but that's only $2.50

Correction, I would leave 0 stars. We have an ongoing inquiry. The driver while nice, had no idea where he was going. And proceeded to make fast turns and fast stops throwing the passengers to the floor. Window mounded gps has been around for over 15 years and this guy felt the need to hold his phone in his hand the entire time. I was the groom and my mother and others were thrown to the floor during this endeavor and they need to be held accountable. The lady who answered the phone did the same thing as mentioned in a previous review and we have not heard back. Also there was no AC and the trolley was essentially a shed on wheels. It may have been the original party trolley but then they never updated their fleet. Utter disappointment and would not be surprised to see a law suit attached to their name.

Booking this company is our biggest regret for our wedding day. They sent the wrong trolley (Instead of their advertised wedding trolley we were sent one that was wrapped in a massive lunchables advertisement- Far from what you would want for your wedding), they were 50 minutes late, the driver was an absolute mess (took wrong turns, hig curbs, slamming the breaks, etc.), and when we were leaving the ceremony, it took the driver 15 minutes to get the trolley to start. It was a horrific experience and we truly would have been better off taking Ubers. This is NOT the company you want for you wedding/professional event.

We had a blast! We were able to go in and decorate the bus. Driver was very flexible with us changing stop destinations the day of, as well as even adding a stop to our route. I loved how we were able to get on and off, and pre-game on the trolley too. Music & Vibes were on point.

Driver Gideon was really great and receptive of when we wanted to stop, Jessica was great at helping to coordinate the requests and questions. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend!

Booked for a small wedding and we were very pleased, Jessica and Danielle accommodated changes in our requirements, the trolley arrived on time, Stacey the driver was personable and professional, and made four stops taking guests back. Recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about the Original Trolly of Boston. My group and I had an amazing time. Staff were professional, polite and accommodating. Gideon in particular went out of his way even the following day to return a lost phone. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fun transportation around the city!

Booked this trolley company for our manager outing after a long day of meetings. Everyone had so much fun. Jessica was great assisting us with whatever we need. Stacy was a great driver and was very accommodating for us. Will for sure book again!

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. To have multiple people gathered in 90 degrees with no AC is unsafe and dangerous. This company was picked because they stated they had air conditioning for my sisters wedding. When I asked the driver about it, he pointed to janky equipment on the ceiling and said “I guess that’s the AC but it’s never worked”. The owners are lying to people which makes them a sham. Take your money elsewhere to a place with good customer service and without false advertisement.

Loved the bus and the services! All of our friends loved the experience. Jessica was very responsive and organized. Payment was smooth and easy. People who were out at the clubs and bars wanted to be on our bus!Thank you again and if you were looking to book, please do!

What a let down!!!!! The entire bridal party was really looking forward to celebrate and make some amazing trolley memories... but we were misled by this company. They said there would be air conditioning in the trolley, and it was 95 degrees and humid , but when we got picked up to head over to church, their was a coke bottle holding up a window!!!! It was a huge disappointment and honestly extremely dangerous to be transporting individuals in this hot box!! Not only did they not have AC on the trolley, but when we escalated the situation to the management team we were shrugged off! Very unprofessional!! The high price of this trolley paired with the extremely poor quality and misleading service makes it a no brainer to NOT hire this company!!!!
