I just completed a 28 day challenge @ The Fitt Pit! We were given menus to follow as well as motivating daily messages from coach Andre Thomas. Our challenge included 4 workouts/ week! I feel incredible! I lost 11 lbs and my body feels solid and toned! I made a commitment to joining this incredibly supportive gym post challenge. I love the workouts and I’m restarting the weekly menus. You won’t be disappointed….Get Some!!!

I never thought I could exercise so early in the am before work but now I’m getting use to it. It feels great to get it done and out the way. The class is so highly motivating. Everyone is supportive and coach pushes you while explaining the benefits and instructions. It’s a drive for me but more than worth it!!!

When you are ready to lose weight, and really see results - this is where you should go. Just come as you are and start wherever you are at. Everyone is supportive. People are all at different stages in their journey and everyone is inspiring in their own way. I lost a lot of weight here and it did not take long. However you have to be committed. I lost weight and I gained stamina/strength. Other personal ailments and conditions are now improved or gone. I don’t think “cures” are promised but this is my personal experience. You have to be ready to be held accountable. You have to be ready for your life to change. You will see results if you train at the Fitt Pit. Dre is the man with the plan!

If you are ready to lose weight, gain strength/stamina, be more confident and change your life - then sign up at the pit. I lost a lot of weight at the Fitt pit and it did not take long but you have to be committed. Ailments and other conditions that I previously had have improved or are now gone. I don't believe the pit promises any cures, but this is my personal experience. I gained more confidence, I am more aware of what I eat, and my overall movement is less of a struggle. I love the fit pit. They pushed and encouraged me. Dre knows exactly what you need to do to get in shape! He's got the plan! And all the coaches are amazing. It will be challenging but the challenge is where I saw change.

The FITT Pit is worth every cent. The staff is friendly and full of energy all day, every day. Dre, Selene, Percess and Rosie are great trainers. They make sure you have the correct form for any workout and answer any questions you may have regarding trainings and lifestyle changes. Most of the classes are based off of using ur own body weight (burpees, push-ups, crunches, box jumps, lunges, squats, etc.) and the usage of weights as well. Consistency is also key though - at least 3-4 times a week is good and it shouldn’t be an issue once your energy starts to increase from all the work you put in. If you need everyday motivation and are ready to put in the work, this is the place to be. You won’t regret it.

I hate working out. I hate the gym. I have paid for other gyms for years and wouldn't go but 3x a year. I started at Fitt Pit with a Groupon and loved it...then Dre sponsored a fundraiser I was doing and so I came back to support. I still hate working out and he knows this but love the fitt pitt. It feels like I'm working out with friends. Dre and Selene pushes you and the workouts are not as excruciating and I now try to go 2-3times a week. I feel like a person not just a random member at a gym where no one knows my name. I'm also seeing results not just on the scale but my lifestyle. I love that it's in Hyde Park, and has ample parking.

you will be surprised how strong you are and how far you can go! If you are serious about the goal you have set forth, and you want results sooner than later - then I would reccomend this place. wherever you are at, no matter what you are doing- you can start here if you are ready! The best, and I mean THE BEST thing I ever did for myself was sign up at the fitt pit!

Nice facility and pretty decent workout sessions. However, not sure why a business offers seven consecutive sessions over an opportunity to use for 7 days (for the customer to use the days in a considerable time frame) when offering a free trial period. What I mean is that I went there and did two back to back days and would have liked to get in seven total days through my free trial. However, I was unable to register for the the additional following days simply because the online PIT registration did not allow me to. I explained this to the instructor, and rather than look into it, she just insisted that I could do it on my own. Needless to say, I only got a free two day trial period out of a marketed free seven day trial. I didn't feel like the PIT offered compassion or real interest in me or my fitness goals. I also attempted to drop by in person to get support on the issues I had or to register and nobody was there. I was really hoping that a local fitness business would guide me in the right direction of fitness goals.
