Wrote my last review in 2015, its 2021 now and Im still going here because they are amazing. Adding an update because they deserve all the love! I've since been seeing Justin for blowouts as well - do yourself a favor and book with him too :)

Got a last minute appt before an event and Amy did a phenomenal job! I gave her very little direction and yet she knew exactly what works on me. Couldn't be happier. I've tried other places on Newbury and while their boutique was fancier, the lash artists just weren't skilled enough. Amy is an expert. Will def return.

My wife went to this pl place at the recommendation of the Liberty Hotel. This place is irresponsible. We had an appointment at noon today for a wedding hair-do. We arrived and the place was closed. No call to us to explain the reason or enable us to make alternative plans. This kind of responsibility is an indication of how they think about quality. My recommendation would be to go to any of the other places on Charles St.
