If I could give this establishment a 0 star rating, I would. I was born and raised in this area, and we are absolutely disgusted by the rats, trash, and general lack of care and concern from the staff. Once new management took over, the trash is rarely changed, the store isn't that clean, there isn't even music playing in there, and NOW, they have a rat infestation. Not to mention their parking lot isn't even paved over. In addition, there is no railing for people who are elderly, disabled, or injured.Also, they JUST put a Tedeschi sign up. It was never there before. They need to get it together. You're making the neighborhood look disgraceful!!!

There is always a half empty milk jug in this place lol. Every single time I go in, there is a half empty milk jug. Every. Single. Time.The first time I noticed this, about seven months ago, the cashier completely ignored me when I told him. He did not even acknowledge that I said it. I repeated it to him at the counter but gave me absolutely zero response.I took a photo this time on my recent trip. I'm giving five stars because the place is convenient and the half empty milk jugs bring amusement to my mundane life. And as a bonus, there was even an empty milk jug behind the half empty one this time!

The cashier blatantly ignored me and did not do their job properly. I bought three cans of 12 oz monster since there was a promotion in which 3/$5.50. First they did not scan all the items so the total said $2.59 for one can of monster, then they asked for $10. They took my $10 and did not give me my change. I tried to talk to them but they ignored me.

Just went to 7-11 for a quick stop. Take a look around and go to pay . The "manager" as I approach, yells through the glass that I was stealing, comes out. Makes me empty my pockets , low and behold nothing there besides my phone. With about 10 people there he said he saw me steal? Yet I had nothing. Completely embarrassed in front of people in my community. Was it a race thing? When I asked him to explain, he stormed off. Then the other "manager" said I had things in my pocket, the other worker who was right there, as I was forced to embarrassingly empty my pockets, said he doesn't remember.... 1 minute ago and causing a big scene yet he doesn't recall. Never go here. Have video of the coward running away and refusing to simply answer why he wanted to embarass me . Sadly the other "manager" whom I've seen many times and was usually sweet and nice tried to defend him. Was refused to see the video as well. Real class group of people judging by my race. What a joke

The Employee was rude and verbally assaulted me. Telling me get the f ×××k out of here before something happens. Mind me I had just used the a.t.m and spent ova 70$ on lottery im in the front of the line he wants me To go to the end of the line so he getS madddd and calls the cops on me but then I told the police the employee threatened me and the police telling me I have to leave the store wt*

Went in to get money order, machine was supposedly not working, even after another clerk stated she had just printed out one....went back later that night before going to work machine still wasn't working...does anyone communicate amongst shifts what is and is not working?...Also some of the clerks dont appear to experienced in printing out money orders....Store has went down since be taken over

Went there tonight 10-27-17-to play Mega millions-Two women cashier's BOTH didn't know how to work lottery machine-just wanted to play 20pick picks Mega million tickets for $20 on the same ticket.BOTH didnt know how to operate the Lottery machines.-PLEASE hire people that know how to work the lottery machine-My money went to another store-I will not be returning to this store no more.Thank UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER. ☹☹☹☹☹
