Team Celeste is one of the best! I worked with Derek Vannah. From day one, he was punctual, competent and direct to the point. He gave us space but also was like "What do you like and what do you not like about this home". He somehow always knew when it was a good time to reach out and when it wasn't without being overwhelming or withdrawn. He was patient, calm, professional and understanding-- good qualities to have as a person overall. Because of him, I was able to purchase the home that I wanted after it fell through the first time three months ago. Also his negotiation skills are on point. He will never pressure you into putting more money than you should even if it means less commission for him, but at the same time he will also tell you if an offer wont work out if there are other offers on the table. He is also very good at what he does and never did a single mistake. He also knows a lot of competent people like him. Hands down for his talent and for being surrounded with talented people as well. Could not have found a better realtor or team in the Greater Boston area!

I had the pleasure of working with Connie – a true delight – she went above and beyond and did everything possible to ensure my property was listed correctly and presented to the appropriate buyers. She was there whenever I needed her and coordinated things I wasn’t even aware of. And she proposed solutions that made my life that much easier.
