It took forever to get into the venue, long lines in tight spaces. Went to a 2pm comedy show. They stopped serving alcohol as soon as the main comedian took the stage. They said it was a miscommunication with staff who shutdown almost all of the food servers and left for break. The balcony seats are so small and uncomfortable. You're sitting on top of the people next you. I can't imagine how any heavy set person can even fit in those seats!!!!

Seats are to small. Prices are a complete screwing . Upper arena is best for hockey .

Awesome experience with plenty of entertainment in the area. The Celtics games are always full of energy, suspense, and excitement. Experience for some people maybe rated 4 stars because of the trafic in the area inherent to Boston. Great time overall, definitely recommend trying.

Love me a concert at TD, best experience at the elevation worship concert. I had floor seats, the staff took me to my seat since I was late. It was great! They have their own parking, food place right next door, had food before we went in and the market was open til after the concert to quinch my thirst. Tickets are easy to scan as well.

The facilities are pretty good - parking is directly attached to the arena, and there is mass transit below. Great place for sports and concerts. Bit of a homeless population housing themselves around the exterior.

First tine at TD Garden but we did the tour and it was awesome, then to the Bruins game vs. the Flyere a few days later. Really cool Pro Shop on site as well. Kinda pricy, but nothing I didn't expect! Hope to go back next year!

Epic venue, watching a Celtics game is more than just seeing a basketball game, the whole event and production around it is awesome. Great atmosphere.

I love the garden. It's been a while since I went to a game so I was really excited. I do however have a HUGE issue with these new cheap plastic bags they have when you buy something from ANY pop-up shop. I went to multiple. My husband and I spent$$$ hundreds on items. It was his first game!! However leaving the garden and traveling around for a few drinks I ended up LOSING multiple items!! The bags both ripped and had holes. I had to get a new bag from another location to avoid losing more items. I even lost my earring I had talked out and dropped into one of the bags. You guys can afford to get good bags for the amount of money spent and made at the garden. DO BETTER!!!!

Come and watch Celtics. Even if you don't get basketball. The way they play, individually and as a team, is out of this world.

Seats too small for starters and too close together. Barely any walking space in isles to get by already seated folks (or for standing/jamming during musical artists) New bag size rule is absolutely ridiculous and just a scam to make you pay an extra $15 for it to go in a random truck? Add $2 lockers and give me a key, why tf would I give my personal belongings to strangers to put in a drivable vehicle that could get stolen or anything during the event. Consistently overpriced drinks and food. Do better. Absolutely avoiding anything I see pop up for this venue again.Tip: shove your purse in your jacket pocket. I didn't get stopped - got ushered by staff to even avoid the security things and metal detectors and went straight to a ticket scanning line.

Garden is always a good time but the facilities are too small and the concessions are the highest I've seen at any stadium or arena.Update: it's too small for normal humans. It's legitimately impossible to sit comfortably for an extended period of time.

An amazing place! It is the game arena for the Boston, Celtics and Bruins basketball and hockey teams respectively, as well as performing shows and events.Well located in Boston, in the North Station.It has several bars and restaurants around.I was there on an NBA night to watch the Boston Celtics team, the arena was full and the energy is very positive!
